Abstract

"MéTODO DE PERFURAçãO DE TUNEL". Um processo de construção de um túnel usando uma máquina de construção de túneis com um furo de blindagem de equilíbrio de pressão terrestre tendo uma cabeça de corte, uma câmara de escavação para o terreno removido pelo meio de perfuração e transporte para a remoção do dito terreno da câmara de escavação, em que é injetado em um estrato que é furado na cabeça de corte uma solução aquosa esponjada, processo este caracterizado pelo fato de que: (a) a solução aquosa contém dois componentes essenciais que são (i) um tensoativo aniónico contendo sulfato ou sulfonato, e (ii) um condensado de sulfonato e formaideído de <225>-naftaleno; e pelo fato de que (b) é aplicada ao terreno removido por perfuração, pelo menos em um dentre a câmara de escavação e o transportador, uma segunda solução aquosa contendo essencialmente um alto peso molecular de óxido de polietileno e opcionalmente um tensoativo aniónico contendo sulfato ou sulfonato. O processo permite a fácil remoção do terreno desde a cabeça de corte até a câmara de escavação e da câmara de escavação para fora da máquina. O mesmo é particularmente eficaz para solos pegajosos com altas proporções de argila e alto teor de água.
