Abstract

"SìNTESE DE PIRAZOLOPIRIMIDINAS SUBSTITUìDAS". Descreve-se métodos para fabricar pirazolopirimidinas substituídas e mais particularmente N-metil-N-(3-{3-[2-tienil-carbonil]-pirazol-[1,5-<244>-pirimidin-7-il}-fenil )-acetamida. Esses compostos têm utilidade em uma ampla série de indicações, inclusive o tratamento de insónia. Na prática da presente invenção, descreve-se técnicas aperfeiçoadas que não requerem o uso e/ou o isolamento do pirazol intermediário, bem como técnicas aperfeiçoadas para fabricar os próprios intermediários das reações. Essas técnicas oferecem vantagens significativas, inclusive maior eficiência, particularmente no contexto de fabricação em larga escala.
