Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MEDIçãO ESPECTROFOTOMéTRICA EM ANáLISES IMUNOLóGICOS E BIOQUìMICOS COM BASE EM COR". A presente invenção proporciona um processo para analisar amostra de material biológico em qualquer um de uma série de testes bioquímicos ou imunológicos para um analito que envolve submeter a amostra a tratamento que revela a cor correlacionada ao teor de analito na amostra. De acordo com a presente invenção, pelo menos uma característica de cor definida selecionada entre ângulo de cor, croma, saturação e clareza da cor revelada é medida e os resultados da medição são analisados para determinar a presença ou a concentração do analito na amostra. Aplicações particulares são a detecção de anormalidades cancerosas ou pré cancerosas a partir da análise do muco pulmonar, muco da garganta, muco cervical ou fluido seminal.
