Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MEDIR COMBUSTìVEL COM UMA VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para medir combustível com uma válvula de injeção de combustível (1), especialmente com uma válvula de injeção para dispositivos de injeção de combustível de motores de combustão interna (3), com um atuador (16) piezelétrico ou magnetostritivo e um corpo de fechamento de válvula (14) acionável pelo atuador (16) com um curso de válvula (h) que age junto com uma superfície de base de válvula (13) prevista em um corpo de base de válvula (11) para formar uma base de vedação. Para a geração de um fluxo de combustível (Q) variável na base de vedação, o curso de válvula (h) pode ser ajustado de modo variável em dependência de um sinal de comando variável que ativa o atuador (16). Para a geração de uma curva de compensação, o fluxo de combustível (Q) do jato de combustível (40) injetado pela válvula de injeção de combustível (1) é medido em dependência do sinal de comando para a geração de uma curva de compensação (46), e sob a utilização da curva de compensação (46) é ajustado com o sinal de comando um fluxo de combustível (Q) predeterminado. (Figura 1).
