Abstract

"CATALISADOR SUPORTADO EM óXIDO DE RUTêNIO, PROCESSO PARA O PREPARO DE CATALISADOR SUPORTADO EM RUTêNIO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE CLORO". Um catalisador suportado sobre óxido de rutênio selecionado do grupo consistindo de ( 1 ) um catalisador suportado sobre óxido de rutênio compreendendo TiO2 e o qual é obtido através de calcinação em uma temperatura de pelo menos 550<198>C, como um veículo; ( 2 ) um catalisador suportado sobre óxido de rutênio tendo uma quantidade de adsorção de monóxido de carbono de pelo menos 87,5 ml por um grama de rutênio contido no catalisador; ( 3 ) um catalisador suportado sobre óxido de rutênio obtido através de um processo de preparo compreendendo as etapas de suporte de um composto de rutênio sobre um veículo, calcinação do referido composto suportado em uma temperatura de pelo menos 200<198>C em uma atmosfera selecionada do grupo consistindo de uma atmosfera de um gás de oxidação, uma atmosfera de um gás inerte e uma atmosfera de um gás de redução, tratamento do referido composto calcinado com uma solução misturada de hidrazina e um composto alcalino e oxidação do referido composto hidrazina-tratado. Esses catalisadores têm uma elevada atividade catalítica e, assim, produzem cloro em uma quantidade menor em uma temperatura menor.
