Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO PARA à FIXAçãO NUMA PARTE DE GARGALO, RECIPIENTE, E, MéTODO DE PREPARAR UMA SOLUçãO MEDIANTE A MISTURA DE DUAS SUBSTâNCIAS POR MEIO DE UM RECIPIENTE." Um dispositivo de fechamento é projetado para fixação sobre uma parte de gargalo (1) de um recipiente (2) separado, de preferência de material de vidro, que contém uma primeira substância. O dispositivo de fechamento define uma passagem (10) que se estende entre primeira e segunda aberturas opostas (11, 13) do dispositivo de fechamento. Um dispositivo de selagem (30) está colocado para fechar completamente a primeira abertura (11) e confinar uma segunda substância na passagem (10). Um dispositivo de penetração (33) é incorporado no dispositivo e é operável para penetrar no dispositivo de selagem (30) de forma a estabelecer comunicação fluida entre a passagem (10) e o recipiente (2). Num método de misturar a primeira e a segunda substâncias, um médico expõe a segunda abertura (13) pela remoção de uma tampa não-resselável (8), mediante a introdução e engate da extremidade de uma seringa diretamente na segunda abertura (13), e operação do dispositivo de penetração (33) para penetrar no dispositivo de selagem (30). Mediante a operação da seringa, o médico pode transferir a primeira e a segunda substâncias para a seringa, e misturar as mesmas no processo, com uma necessidade mínima de esterilização.
