Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE INJEçãO DE MATERIAL NO ESTADO PLáSTICO EM UMA CAVIDADE DE MOLDAGEM". A presente invenção trata de um dispositivo de injeção de material no estado plástico em uma cavidade de moldagem. Este dispositivo compreende um distribuidor (1/1) de material no estado plástico e um bocal de injeção (10) ligado ao distribuidor (11) por um meio de solidarização amovível (31) e apresentando uma face frontal (78) conformada de modo a se integrar na cavidade de moldagem (2). Para assegurar na montagem e na remontagem após desmontagem do bocal (10), um posicionamento da face frontal (78) permitindo esta integração, prevê-se meios (49, 54, 57, 59, 90, 95, 99) de alinhamento da posição angular da dita face frontal (78) em relação ao distribuidor (11), e meios de travamento (31, 85) fixando a dita face frontal (78) em relação ao distribuidor (11) na posição angular relativa imposta pelos meios de alinhamento (49, 54, 57, 59, 90, 95, 99).
