Abstract

Procedimiento de moldeo por inyección de piezas moldeadas de termoplástico, que presenta las etapas de: a) Hacer masa fundida de termoplástico (1) mediante la rotación de un husillo de plastificación e inyección (2) en un cilindro de extrusión (3); b) mezclar la masa fundida de termoplástico (1) con un fluido (4) mediante la introducción del mismo (4) en el cilindro de extrusión (3); c) efectuar una mezcla íntima con la masa fundida de termoplástico (1) mezclada con fluido (4) mediante la realización de un movimiento de rotación del husillo de plastificación e inyección (2); d) inyectar la mezcla de masa fundida de termoplástico (1) y fluido (4) al interior de la cavidad (8) de un molde de inyección (5); en el cual la inyección de la mezcla de masa fundida de termoplástico (1) y fluido (4) al interior de la cavidad (8) de un molde de inyección (5) tiene lugar mediante desplazamiento traslacional del husillo de plastificación e inyección (2); el fluido (4) es introducido en el cilindro deextrusión (3) en un punto axial (6) en el que se encuentran al menos temporalmente los filetes helicoidales (7) del husillo de plastificación e inyección (2); y durante la introducción del fluido (4) al interior del cilindro de extrusión (3) según la etapa c) se mantiene considerablemente constante la diferencia de presiones (delta p) entre la presión (pF) del fluido (4) y la presión (pS) reinante en la masa fundida de termoplástico (1).
