Abstract

"SISTEMA DE DESLIGNIFICAçãO COM OXIGêNIO DE UMA POLPA QUE CONSISTE DE MATERIAL LIGNOCELULóSICO". A presente invenção se refere a um sistema para deslignificação com oxigênio, em pelo menos dois estágios de reação, de uma polpa que consiste de material lignocelulósico, e cuja concentração média é de 8-18% da consistência da polpa. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a deslignificação com oxigênio ocorre em um primeiro estágio de reação, em que uma pressão essencialmente constante e baixa prevalece durante o inteiro processo de deslignificação, após o que se inicia o segundo estágio de deslignificação, com uma pressão e temperatura substancialmente superiores e um maior tempo de residência. A invenção fornece uma primeira fase otimizada de deslignificação, em que os constituintes que facilmente são deslignificados na polpa podem reagir, sem que a polpa seja negativamente afetada. Isso resulta em um processo de deslignificação que proporciona um grau bastante alto de seletividade e, portanto, um aperfeiçoado rendimento.
