Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "CATALISADOR DE ZEóLITO LIGA DO POR ZEóLITOS CONFORMADOS E SEU USO PARA A CONVERSãO DE HIDRO-CARBONETO". São proporcionados um catalisador de zeólito ligado por zeólito o qual não contém quantidades significativas de ligante não zeolítico e pode ser configurado para otimizar seu desempenho e um processo para a conversão de hidrocarbonetos utilizando-se o catalisador de zeólito ligado por zeólito. O catalisador de zeólito ligado por zeólito compreende cristais de núcleo contendo primeiros cristais de um primeiro zeólito e opcionalmente segundos cristais de um segundo zeólito tendo uma composição, tipo de estrutura ou ambos que é diferente do referido primeiro zeólito e cristais ligantes contendo terceiros cristais de um terceiro zeólito e opcionalmente quartos cristais de um quarto zeólito tendo uma composição, tipo de estrutura ou ambos que é diferente do referido terceiro zeólito. Se os cristais do núcleo não contêm os segundos cristais do segundo zeólito, então, os cristais ligantes devem conter os quartos cristais do quarto zeólito. O zeólito ligado por zeólito encontra aplicação em processos de conversão de hidrocarboneto, por exemplo, reações de craqueamento catalítico, alquilação, desproporcionalização de tolueno, isomerização e transalquilação.
