Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA PRIORIZAR MENSAGENS DE CANAL DE TRáFEGO". Um sistema e um método posicionam quadros (frames) de mensagens de sinalização em um canal de tráfego portando frames de voz de forma a que a transmissão da mensagem de sinalização não exerça um impacto sério sobre a qualidade de voz. Isto é conseguido pela produção de um primeiro fluxo de pacotes de voz codificados e um segundo fluxo de pacotes de mensagem de sinalização. Os pacotes de mensagem de sinalização recebem prioridade no segundo fluxo em relação aos pacotes de voz codificados no primeiro fluxo. Um elemento de arbitragem decide entre os pacotes de voz codificados e os pacotes de mensagem de sinalização priorizados, os quais são multiplexados em função de tal arbitragem. Os pacotes multiplexados de voz codificados e de mensagem de sinalização priorizados são a seguir transmitidos.
