Abstract
"MéTODO DE DETECçãO DE DILUIçãO SIMPLES E CANAL úNICO". A invenção fornece um método e sistema de diluição simples para identificar, analisar e quantificar os componentes celulares do sangue integral utilizando um único canal de um analisador de hematologia automatizado utilizando citometria de fluxo e a detecção da luz espalhada e absorvida por cada célula. O método envolve a utilização de um corante orgânico na solução reagente para tingir o ácido nucleico de reticulócitos, incluindo plaquetas reticuladas, e células de sangue brancas na amostra. O método de canal único é particularmente útil para determinar contagens de hemácias e avaliar parâmetros de uma amostra de sangue integral, para amostras de sangue tanto humanos como de mamíferos não-humanos. O aparelho para efetuar o método fornece um analisador económico, compacto e economizador de espaço para realizar a analise completa de células sang³íneas em uma amostra de sangue integral de mamífero.
