Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE CONDUTORES DE METAL E PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO QUE ENVOLVE O USO DA MESMA". 1. Composição para revestimento de condutores elétricos que contém A) 1 % em peso até 60% em peso de um ou mais nanómeros reativos baseados em um reticulado de elemento-oxigênio com elementos da série que compreende alumínio, estanho, boro, germânio, gálio, chumbo, os metais de transição e os lantanídeos e os actinídeos, B) 0% em peso até 90% em peso de um ou mais aglutinantes convencionais e C) 0% em peso até 95% em peso de um ou mais aditivos, solventes, pigmentos e/ou cargas convencionais, em que o nanómero reativo de componente A é baseado no reticulado de elemento-oxigênio, sobre cuja superfície são encontradas funções reativas R~ 1~ e opcionalmente funções não reativas e/ou parcialmente reativas R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ por meio do oxigênio do reticulado. R~ 1~ estando contido em uma quantidade de até 98% em peso, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ em uma quantidade desde 0% em peso até 97% em peso, no nanómero de acordo com a invenção, em que R~ 1~ representa radicais dos ésteres de ácido com metal; NCO; grupos uretano, grupos epóxido, epóxi, anidrido de ácido carboxílico; sistemas de dupla ligação C=C; OH; álcoois ligados por meio de oxigênio, ésteres, éteres; agentes de quelação; COOH; NH~ 2~,NHR~ 4~ e/ou componentes reativos de resina; R~ 2~ representa radicais de compostos aromáticos, de compostos alifáticos, derivados de ácido graxo; ésteres e/ou éteres, R~ 3~ representa radicais de resina, R~ 4~ representa radicais de acrilato, fenol, melamina, poliuretano, poliéster, imida de poliéster, polissulfeto, epóxido, poliamida, resinas de polivinila formal; compostos aromáticos, compostos alifáticos; ésteres; éteres, alcoolatos, gorduras ou agentes de quelação.
