Abstract

"APARELHO PARA SEPARAR PARTìCULAS SóLIDAS DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE PARTìCULAS SóLIDAS E GáS, VASO REATOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDIFICADO, USO DE UM APARELHO OU UM VASO, E, APARELHO PARA SEPARAçãO E EXTRAçãO COMBINADAS DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE PARTìCULAS CATALìTICAS E VAPOR EM UM PROCESSO DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDIFICADO". Aparelho para separar partículas sólidas de uma suspensão de partículas sólidas e gasosas, em que o aparelho compreende: (i) um vaso ciclone primário vertical tendo um alojamento tubular compreendendo uma seção de parede tubular com uma entrada tangencialmente disposta para receber a suspensão, e uma cobertura que fecha a extremidade superior da seção de parede tubular; em que a cobertura é provida com uma abertura axial circular, a qual serve como uma abertura de entrada de gás de um conduto de saída de gás; (ii) um ou mais separadores ciclones de gás-sólidos secundários, que se acham de forma fluida conectados com o conduto de saída de gás do ciclone primário.
