Abstract

"FIBRAS CELULóSICAS RETICULADAS, INDIVIDUALIZADAS, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR FIBRAS CELULóSICAS RETICULADAS, INDIVIDUALIZADAS, E, COMPóSITO ABSORVENTE". A presente invenção fornece fibras celulósicas tendo alto teor de massa úmida e processos para a sua preparação. Em uma modalidade, a invenção fornece fibras celulósicas cataliticamente reticuladas com glioxal e, opcionalmente, um glicol. Em outra modalidade, fibras celulósicas são reticuladas com uma combinação de glioxal e resina derivada de glioxal selecionada a partir do grupo, que consiste de um condensado de glioxal /poliol, um condensado de uréia cíclica /glioxal/poliol, um condensado de uréia cíclica/ glioxal, e misturas dos mesmos.
