Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE OPERAçãO DE VáLVULA EM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA"<D>. Sistema de operação de válvula em um motor de combustão interna, compreendendo um pino de comutação, o qual é móvel entre uma posição de operação associativa, onde alguns dentre braços adjacentes oscilantes são operados em associação uns com os outros, e uma posição de liberação de operação associativa na qual esta operação associativa é liberada, o referido pino de comutação recebendo, em extremidades axialmente opostas do mesmo, uma força de pressão hidráulica atuando na direção da posição de operação associativa e uma força de mola, atuando em direção à posição de liberação de operação associativa, um eixo em rolo cilíndrico, o qual fica fixo a um dentre os braços oscilantes adjacentes e para o interior da qual o referido pino de comutação é adaptado de forma deslizante, em resposta ao movimento do mesmo em direção à referida posição de operação associativa, e um rolo transportado ou suportado de forma rotativa no referido eixo em rolo, para entrar e contato de rolamento com um excêntrico, provido em um eixo de excêntrico. Neste sistema de operação de válvula pelo menos uma dentre as superfícies de extremidade axialmente opostas do referido eixo em rolo é formada de material mais duro do que do referido braço oscilante, o qual recebe o referido pino de comutação, se projeta a partir de uma superfície lateral de um dentre os referidos braços oscilantes. Assim, um pó de desgaste pode ser impedido de penetrar no eixo e rolo com isso assegurando a operação de comutação suave do pino de comutação.
