Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONTROLE DE CONCENTRAçãO DE TONER DE REALIMENTAçãO PARA UM SISTEMA DE FORMAçãO DE IMAGEM"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se, de um modo geral, a um sistema de formação de imagem e, mais especificamente, a um método e a um aparelho para predizer, com precisão, o uso de toner e daí as exigências de distribuição de toner em um sistema de formação de imagem. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de controle da concentração de toner para manter a concentração de toner em uma estrutura de revelador, a qual é conectada a um dispensador contendo toner. O sistema de controle da concentração de toner compreende: um sensor, lendo a concentração de toner; dispositivo para determinar uma correção de idade de toner de concentração de toner lida pelo sensor com base na idade de toner do toner na estrutura de revelador; dispositivo para ajustar um alvo de concentração de toner baseado na correção; e dispositivo para gerar um comando de distribuição de realimentação baseado no alvo de concentração de toner ajustado, a fim de distribuir toner na estrutura de revelador para manter a concentração de toner na estrutura de revelador.
