Abstract

"ESPIGADEIRA PARA UMA MáQUINA COLHEITADEIRA". Uma corrente ou tensionador de correia é fornecido em uma espigadeira para uma colheitadeira possuindo um par de cilindros, cada um suportado em braços articulados separados e engatáveis com os fios com folga e tensionados da corrente ou correia. Os braços articulados são montados em torno de uma articulação comum e são orientados de forma flexível para o engate com a corrente ou correia por uma mola comum. Quando a direção de acionamento é revertida, o lado normalmente com folga da corrente se torna tensionado e assume uma posição em linha entre as rodas dentadas ou roldanas. Os braços articulados girarão em torno da articulação e o braço articulado no fio que agora se tornou folgado girará para tensionar o fio com folga. A mola de orientação acoplada aos dois braços articulados orienta os cilindros contra os dois fios da corrente e fornece uma força de tensionamento fixa na corrente que não exige ajuste.
