Abstract

"PLATAFORMA COLHEITADEIRA". Um berço de montagem de molinete amovível para uma plataforma colheitadeira inclui espaço livre adicional entre as paredes laterais de um suporte de montagem de molinete e os braços levantadores de molinete. Buchas laterais são previstas entre os suportes e os braços no centro dos braços para prevenir deslocamento lateral dos suportes em relação aos braços porém habilitar a torção ou rotação dos suportes em relação aos braços. O berço de montagem de molinete amovível assim habilita um cilindro elevador a ser completamente estendido sem causar o agarramento entre os suportes de montagem de molinete e os braços de suporte de molinete durante uma operação de carregamento de cilindro. O berço de montagem de molinete pode ser construído para oferecer a extensão desejada de ajuste vertical ao molinete. Em uma concretização alternativa, uma única bucha é prevista no topo do braço de suporte que se estende entre as duas paredes laterais do suporte de montagem e abraça as esquinas superiores do braço de suporte para prevenir deslocamento lateral enquanto permitindo a rotação do suporte de montagem sobre o braço de suporte.
