Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAR NEVE A PARTIR DE FLUIDOS, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GRANDES FLOCOS DE NEVE A PARTIR DE UM FLUIDO" O dispositivo forma neve a partir de fluidos de dióxido de carbono pressurizados. Um conduto de suprimento fornece um fluxo de fluido pressurizado. Um elemento de expansão ligado ao conduto de suprimento contém numerosos canais para reduzir a pressão do fluido e converter esse fluido com sua pressão reduzida a uma corrente de fases misturadas de gás e partículas finas de neve. Os canais possuem um diâmetro médio e um comprimento médio de pelo menos duas vezes seu diâmetro médio.
