Abstract
''REGENERADOR DE CATALISADOR PARA REMOVER CARBONO DO CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DO FLUIDO (FCC) GASTO CIRCULADO EM UMA UNIDADE DE FCC, E, PROCESSOS PARA REGENERAR CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO (FCC) CIRCULADO EM UMA UNIDADE DE FCC, E PARA RETROAJUSTAR UM REGENERADOR DE CATALISADOR DE UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO (FCC)" é exposta a combustão em estágios em um regenerador único de uma unidade de FCC. O regenerador possui um distribuidor de catalisador gasto no topo do leito de catalisador e uma grade de ar na extremidade inferior do leito. Um defletor separa o leito do catalisador em estágios superior e inferior. Oxigênio em excesso está presente no leito inferior; o modo de combustão parcial de CO é mantido no leito superior. O defletor inibe o fluxo de contra-misturação para alcançar um estágio suficiente para a queima limpa do catalisador e sob combustão parcial de CO.
