Abstract

<B>MELHORIAS EM MECANISMOS DE DIREçãO E MONTAGEM REGULAVEL PARA PINHõES DE MECANISMOS ASSISTIDOS PARA VEìCULOS AUTOMOTORES<D>, sendo que os mecanismos de direção podem apresentar inconvenientes como conseq³ência do desgaste dos dentes de seus componentes em relação de engrenagem, pinhão e cremalheira; e por efeito de cargas axiais nas articulações, produzem ruídos ou golpes durante a marcha do veículo. Para evitar estes inconvenientes, a invenção propõe uma montagem para pinhão que incorpora no alojamento de carcaça do pinhão uma camisa tubular cilíndrica montada com livre movimento angular em dito alojamento e relacionada a uma porca de posicionamento angular da mesma, apresentando na camisa uma superfície de parede exterior que roda uma peça portadora de pinhão e de suporte do eixo do mesmo, relacionado a coluna. O deslocamento angular da camisa, por variação angular de sua concentricidade, aproxima o pinhão a cremalheira para superar desgaste de dentes. Para absorver movimentos na relação de engrenagem se incorporam anéis de gomas nos apoios do eixo do pinhão.
