Abstract
Методът се прилага за подбиране на потенциално противогъбично средство. По него се определя инхибиращият ефект на такова средство в два теста. Първият е за инхибиране развитието на патогена в стерилизирана почва, заразена с мицела на Pythium spp, а вторият - отново за инхибиране развитието на болестта в растящо растение от вид, чувствителен към загниване, предизвикано от присъствието на комплекса на гниене. И при двата теста средствата с потенциален инхибиращ ефект се идентифицират в сравнение с контролата и се подлагат на по-нататъшни изпитвания. Предлагат се четири особено полезни микроорганизма, които имат противогъбична активност в широк спектър, доказана в изпитвания и при полски условия. Изобретението се отнася също до методи за използване на такива микроорганизми и до състави, които ги съдържат. 6 претенции, 3 фигури
