Abstract
Пещта намира приложение за производство на минерална вата. С нея се осигурява постоянен поток с температура, равна на крайната работна температура, при непрекъснат производствен процес. Пещта се състои от шахта (2) за предварително загряване и стопяване на суровината, на дъното на която е разположена решетка (5) с водно охлаждане, която поддържа пласт от керамични пълнежни тела и суровината. Под шахтата (2) е разположена горивна камера (3), включваща дъно (11) за събиране на стопената маса, която се просмуква от шахтата (2), и изходен отвор за отвеждане на стопената маса. В горивната камера (3) е разположена най-малко една главна горелка (9). Над решетката (5) на шахтата (2), в близост до керамичните пълнежни тела, са разположени спомагателни горелки (10). Повърхността на дъното на горивната камера (3) е 20 до 400% по-голяма от площта на напречното сечение на шахтата (2). 9 претенции, 5 фигури
