Abstract
The method is applicable in the livestock industry. It accelerates the lactic fermentation, which allows to extract a cultured liquid, rich in a large number of physiologically active lactic acid bacteria. It is implemented through cultivation of Lactobacillus bulgaricus B-2 strain and Streptococcus thermophilus T-2 strain by supplying pressurised nitrogen (0.5 atm) for a certain time and keeping pH values of 5.0-5.2 by adding calcium hydroxide.
