Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до топлоизолационен композитен панел за изграждане на стени, подове, покриви и други подобни строителни конструкции, до методза производството му и до строителна конструкция от такива панели. Панелът има значителна здравина и дълготрайност, позволява бърз и лесен монтаж, без допълнителни обработки и операции. Благодарение на съчетанието на конструктивните му елементи, може да бъде произведен с различни размери и конфигурации, в това число и с криволинейна форма. Панелътвключва топлоизолационен слой (2) от пенополиуретан, имащ външна (3) и вътрешна (4) повърхнина, укрепваща конструкция от наредени през разстояние вертикални ребра (8) и защитен слой (9), разположен върху вътрешната повърхнина (4) на топлоизолационния слой. Върху външната повърхнина (3) е прилепен външен облицовъчен слой (1), на който единият вертикален край (5) и долният хоризонтален край (6) са издадени на разстояние извън слоя (2), а другият вертикален край (7) е изместен навътре на същото разстояние, при което укрепващата конструкция е вградена изцяло в топлоизолационния слой (2), като вертикалните ребра (8) са свързани неподвижно помеждуси с най-малко едно хоризонтално ребро, а защитният слой (9) покрива изцяло вътрешната повърхнина (4) на слоя (2). При един вариант на изпълнение укрепващата конструкция е усилена с допълнителна носеща конструкция от вертикални колони и напречни носещи елементи, монтирана към защитния слой (9).
