Abstract
Биологично съвместимият хидрогел се прилага при коригирането на козметични и функционални дефекти, например при ендопротезиране на гръдни жлези, гласни струни, пениси и други, за създаване на вътрешнотъканни депа на лекарствени препарати с пролонгирано действие, за използване като електропроводима имерсионна среда и за постоянно запълване на кухини. Хидрогелът включва полимер на базата на акриламид, получен при използването на инициатор на радикалната полимеризация в апирогенна вода, която е дисперсионна среда. За да се подобрят гъвкавостта,формоустойчивостта и стабилността на обемните импланти, съответно тяхната терапевтична или козметична ефективност, по-специално при ендопротезирането, хидрогелът съдържа напречно свързан (омрежен) полиакриламид, получен при използванетона биологично поносим напречносвързващ (омрежващ) агент, за предпочитане метилен-бис-акриламид, и като полимеризиращ инициатор на полимеризацията за предпочитане от смес от амониев персулфат и тетраметилетилендиамин. Предпочитаната концентрация на полимера в хидрогела е от 3,5 до 9% тегл.
