Abstract

Производните на 3-бром- и 3,3-дибром-4-оксо-1-азетидини се получават чрез взаимодействие на производни на 2-сулфинова киселина, за предпочитане 2-заместени сулфинамиди на 4-оксо-азетидини с различни халогениращи агенти. След обработване на реакционната смес 2-халогеновите производни на 3-бром- и 3,3-дибром-4-оксо-азетидините се изолират и се подлагат на взаимодействие със сребърен тетрафлуороборат и алкохоли, за да се получат съответните 2-алкоксипроизводни на 3-бром- и 3,3-дибром-4-оксо-азетидини, или 2-халогенови производни на 3-бром- и 3,3-дибром-4-оксо-азетидини се подлагат на взаимодействие със сребърен нитрат в 2-пропанол, за да се получат след обработването на реакционната смес 2-нитроксипроизводни на 3-бром и 3,3-дибром-4-оксо-1-азетидини. Някои новополучени съединения са незащитени и се получават производни със свободна карбоксилна група. Получените съединения са компоненти от фармацевтични състави, ефективни при антибактериална и антитуморна терапия.
