Abstract

Procédé de déprotection d'esters et d'éthers allyliques. Ce procédé consiste à faire réagir un ester allylique d'un acide carboxylique ou un éther allylique d'un phénol avec la pyrrolidine ou la pipéridine et une quantité catalytique d'un complexe de palladium organique soluble possédant un ligand de phosphine de coordination pour séparer le radical allylique. On récupère ensuite l'acide carboxylique ou le phénol qui en résulte. Avantageusement, le complexe organique du palladium possédant un ligand de phosphine de coordination est le tétrakis(triphénylphosphine)palladium (0).
