Abstract
Dérivés de la dihydro-1,3 aminométhyle-6 hydroxy-7 furo-(3,4-c)-pyridine répondant à la formule générale (II) dans laquelle chacun des A1 et A2, indépendamment, représente divers substituants et un procédé de préparation de ces composés comprenant l'étape de faire réagir les dérivés formyle-6 hydroxy-7 furo-(3,4-c)-pyridine répondant à la formule générale II sur l'hydroxylamine et NaOH, dans l'eau, à température ambiante, puis à hydrogèner l'oxime ainsi obtenue; les dérivés décrits présentent d'intéressantes propriétés anti-allergiques.Derivatives of 1,3-dihydro-6-aminomethyl-7-hydroxy-furo- (3,4-c) -pyridine corresponding to the general formula (II) in which each of A1 and A2, independently, represents various substituents and a process for preparation of these compounds comprising the step of reacting the formyl-6 hydroxy-7 furo- (3,4-c) -pyridine derivatives corresponding to general formula II on hydroxylamine and NaOH, in water, at temperature ambient, then hydrogenating the oxime thus obtained; the derivatives described have interesting anti-allergic properties.
