Abstract
Nouveau procédé de préparation des dérivés de la dihydro-1,3 (hydroxy-1 diméthylaminométhyle-2 allyl)-6 hydroxy-7 furo-(3,4-c)-pyridine répondant à la formule générale II dans laquelle, chacun des groupements A1 et A2 représente divers substituants consistant à faire réagir le dérivé formyl-6 hydroxy-7 furo-(3,4-c)-pyridine rpondant à la formule générale 1 sur un léger excès de bromure de diméthylaminométhyle-1 vinylmagnésium, à l'ébullition, dans un solvant non polaire.
