Abstract

On fait incuber une préparation, supposée contenir de l'interféron epsilon avec des kératinocytes humains et avec des fibroblastes humains, puis on met les cellules au contact d'un virus capable de les infecter. Il y a présence de l'interféron epsilon si la préparation a une activité antivirale sur les kératinocytes mais pas d'activité décelable sur les fibroblastes. Application: controle de la fabrication et de l'activité de médicaments antiviraux.
