Abstract

Composés de formule (I) dans laquelle R représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C6; m représente un nombre entier dont la valeur varie de 1 à 5 ; l'un des symboles R1 et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C6, cependant que l'autre de ces symboles représente le radical hydroxyle; l'un des symboles R3 et R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène, cependant que l'autre de ces symboles représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle en C1-C4; et R5 reprséente un radical alkyle en C1-C6, ainsi que les sels acceptables en pharmacie humaine ou en pharmacie vétérinaire de ces composés. Les composés de formule (I) manifestent une activité d'antithrombooagglutination et de thrombodésagglutination.
