Abstract

Le dispositif à écran (10) comporte une plaque supérieure (14) et un support inférieur (12), réunis ensemble pour former entre-eux une enveloppe remplie de plasma. Au moins un cote de la plaque supérieure (14) se prolonge au-delà de l'enveloppe et comporte des commandes d'anodes (62). Au moins un coté du support (12) se prolonge également au-delà de l'enveloppe et comporte des commandes de cathodes (30). Les cathodes (26) se prolongent à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe parallèlement les unes aux autres. Les anodes se prolongent à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe parallèlement les unes aux autres, et dans une direction qui est perpendiculaire aux cathodes (26).
