Abstract

Activeur de plasminogène (désigné par PA-KYM) du type activeur de plasminogène tissulaire. On le prépare par culture de cellules mutantes KYM-A dérivées des cellules du rhabdomyosarcome humain. Il présente l'avantage sur l'urokinase de n'agir que sur les thrombus, sans provoquer d'hémorragies.
