Abstract

Superficial wall cladding panels made of (reinforced) poly-ester resin or similar material are supported by lugs or ribs protruding from the reverse face of the panel which are inserted between the turns of helical springs mounted at intervals in the supporting wall or on the flanks of a trough-section ancillary profile mounted on the wall. Compared with use of dowel pins engaging socket holes at specific intervals, the ribs or lugs can slide relative to the springs to allow adjacent panels to be supported at different levels to compensate for localised variations in the planarity of adjacent floors or ceilings. The springs may be located by mechanical clips or by welding etc. Pref. the support ribs are adjacent to peripheral lips on the internal border of each panel, so that the channel profile carrying the springs also serves as an internal mask for the joint between adjacent panels.

   La présente invention est un perfectionnement du brevet Belge 870 498 du 15 septembre 1978 et relatif à des éléments ou jeu d'éléments similaires en polyester ou autre matériau ayant les mêmes propriétés de pouvoir être façonnés par moulage, éléments ou jeu d"éléments destinées à servir de panneau de revetement mural ou pour réaliser une cloison à double panneau dont chaque élément formant panneau plan ou incurvé se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte, sur toute la hauteur de chacune de ses deux extémités latérales,   a l'envers   de sa face frontale, un retour se terminant perpendiculairement au plan qu'il est destiné à revêtir ou à réaliser, ainsi que, sur toute la hauteur de cette meme face, à proximité de chacun de ces retours, parallélement à la partie perpendiculaire, de ceux-ci,

   un talon comportant à distance régulière et déterminée, des encoches horizontales se terminant par un/gousset situé en-dessous de l'entrée de ces encoches, ces dites encoches permettant de maintenir cet élément sur des broches, goupilles ou simples tiges tenues. horizontalement et   parallélement   au plan à revêtir ou à réaliser, au moyen des dits éléments par un rail fixe au mur ou formant partie de l'ossature d'une cloison. 



   Si le système du talon comportant à différentes hauteurs, un gousset assurant conjointement avec une broche, goupille ou simple tige venant d'un rail, permet un réglage parfait dans le sens longitudinal, par contre il n'autorise auncun réglage dans le sens de la hauteur, de sorte qu'une erreur de localisation,   même   des goussets ou des broches, goupilles ou tiges, rend le système d'attache des éléments relativement inopérant. 



   Le présent perfectionnement remédie à ces inconvénients en prévoyant de placer à différentes hauteurs des rails en lieu et place des goupilles, broches ou tiges, des ressorts à boudins de bonne dimension et développant au moins 3 à 4 spires, spires entre deux desquelles on peut foraer      rentrer l'extrémité des talons des éléments panneaux, ces éléments ne devant plus être pourvus de goussets. 



   Afin de mieux comprendre l'invention, on l'a décrit maintenant

 par rapport à un dessin annexé, qui représente de manière exemplative la   figure l-. une   vue de profil du seul rail    access. oire,   sur lequel sont fixes des ressorts à boudins ; la figure 2 - une vue de haut partielle en réduction d'éléments panneaux fixes à un mur. 



   Dans ces dessins on a représenté par l-un element panneau essentiellement plane (le système comportant des ressorts à boudins est parfaitement compatible avec des panneaux arrondis.). 



    3-un mur ;   5 et 6 - les retours d'extrémités des éléments panneaux   1 ;   7 et 8 - des talons dont sont pourvus à proximité des retours 5 et 6, chacun des panneaux 1. Ces talons se placent perpendiculairement au mur 3, et sont réalisés en toute matière convenable : par exemple latte de bois, aluminium ou encore réalisés au moulage des panneaux.

   The present invention is an improvement on Belgian patent 870 498 of September 15, 1978 and relating to elements or set of similar elements made of polyester or other material having the same properties of being able to be shaped by molding, elements or set of elements intended for serve as a wall cladding panel or to make a double panel partition, each element of which forms a flat or curved panel is characterized in that it comprises, over the entire height of each of its two lateral ends, upside down from its face frontal, a return ending perpendicular to the plane which it is intended to cover or to produce, as well as, over the entire height of this same face, near each of these returns, parallel to the perpendicular part, of these ,

   a heel comprising at a regular and determined distance, horizontal notches ending in a / gusset located below the entry of these notches, these said notches making it possible to maintain this element on pins, pins or simple rods held. horizontally and parallel to the plane to be coated or to be produced, by means of said elements by a rail fixed to the wall or forming part of the framework of a partition.
