<EMI ID=1.1>
duid; figuur 9 op groter schaal een doorsnede weergeeft volgens lijn IX-IX in figuur 2;
<EMI ID=3.1>
bonden.
<EMI ID=4.1>
<EMI ID=5.1>
<EMI ID=6.1>
<EMI ID=7.1>
<EMI ID=8.1>
<EMI ID=10.1>
<EMI ID=11.1>
<EMI ID=12.1>
<EMI ID=13.1>
<EMI ID=14.1>
<EMI ID=16.1>
<EMI ID=17.1>
<EMI ID=18.1>
Het is duidelijk dat zulke konstruktie niet enkel op zeer eenvoudige wijze kan vervoerd worden doch tevens op zeer eenvoudige wijze kan aangebracht worden en dit op om het even welke steun 11, 12 die kan gevormd worden door hetzij de begane grond;

<EMI ID=21.1>
middelen van spillen 32-33, die de scharnieren 18-19 vormen
<EMI ID=22.1>

This invention relates to a roof construction, more particularly a construction which allows parts of the roof construction to be prepared in the workshop in a very simple manner and in such a way that the roof construction, once prepared, takes up very little space in order to transport it. simplify and minimize the space required during this transport and where the actual installation of this roof construction can also be carried out in a simple and effective manner, one
<EMI ID = 1.1>
costs are extremely limited, so that the roof structure thus realized becomes very competitive with other roof structures known to date.
The roof construction according to the invention mainly consists of two self-supporting, hingedly attached roof panels, between which a panel consisting of two equal parts is hinged at a suitable height.
With the insight to better demonstrate the features of the invention, two preferred embodiments are described below, by way of example without any limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
figure 1 shows a part of the roof construction according to the invention in a folded state; figure 2 shows the construction according to figure 1 in open folded condition; Figures 3, 4 and 5 show on a larger scale the parts indicated by F3, F4 and F5 in Figure 1; figures 6, 7 and 8 on a larger scale and the <EMI ID = 2.1>
indicate; figure 9 is a larger-scale section according to line IX-IX in figure 2;
1 figures 10 to 15 show views similar to those of figures 3 to 8, but for an embodiment variant; figures 16 and 17 show cross-sections, respectively along the lines XVI-XVI and XVII-XVII in figures 14 and 15.
The roof construction according to the invention mainly consists of two outer parts, respectively 1 and 2, which are hingedly connected to each other, as well as two intermediate parts, respectively 3 and 4, which, on the one hand, are connected to each other and, on the other hand,
<EMI ID = 3.1>
unions.
In a preferred embodiment, parts 1 and
<EMI ID = 4.1>
ter while its length is of the order of 8 meters so as to automatically achieve a span of approximately
11 meters.
The elements 1 and 2 will preferably each be formed by sandwich panels consisting of an outer plate,
<EMI ID = 5.1>
example chipboard, can be realized and these plates are connected to each other at a suitable distance
<EMI ID = 6.1>
be able to exhibit a height of the order of 20 cm so as to obtain a panel with high resistance to bending.
<EMI ID = 7.1>
then not completely, filled with a suitable insulating material 8 in order to obtain at the same time a very effective insulated roof construction.
As can be seen from the figures, both are the top ends
<EMI ID = 8.1>
1, 2, chamfered so as to obtain that, in the open fold state, the ends 9 are exactly opposite each other <EMI ID = 9.1>
the lower ends come to rest flat on a suitable support 11 and 12, respectively.
The outer plate 5 is shorter at the bottom in order to ensure that the fixing of the bottom rail 13 with a support 11 or 12 can take place in an appropriate manner, after which the missing plate part is applied.
Between the different beams 7, which are placed, for example, at a mutual distance of approximately 60 cm, intermediate pieces 14 can be arranged in suitable places, as is the case for the bottom rail 13, for example
<EMI ID = 10.1>
and 4.
Parts 1 and 2 are fastened together at the top by means of a preferably metal triangle construction 15, where
<EMI ID = 11.1>
<EMI ID = 12.1>
19, the second wing of which 20 and 21, respectively, is suitably connected to intermediate parts 14 arranged between the beams 7.
A construction 15 to 21 will preferably be provided at the location of each beam 7, the third leg of the triangle construction 15 being formed by beams 22b
<EMI ID = 13.1>
a suitable coating 23.
The parts 3 and 4 can be realized in a similar manner as the parts 1 and 2, namely by suitable plates which are connected to each other by beams. As appears more particularly from Figures 4, 5 and 7, parts 3 and 4 are each connected to parts 1, 2 by means of a suitable hinge, respectively 24 and 25, while these parts 3, 4 are connected to each other by a hinge 26 ..,.,.
<EMI ID = 14.1>
3, 4 also at suitable distances, for example every <EMI ID = 15.1>
Although not necessary, such construction will still be provided with, for instance, two rods, rods, cables or the like, respectively 27 and 28, the free end of which has an eye, respectively 29 and 30, and these rods are for instance welded to the two outer triangle constructions. 15 and run down through suitable recesses provided for this purpose in parts 3 and 4, while in the ends 9 of parts 1 and 2, at the location of these rods, tubes or the like 27, 28, suitable notches will also be provided.
At the bottom, the two rods or the like 27, 28 will preferably still be connected to each other by a beam or the like 31, the intention of which will become apparent hereinafter.
It is clear that one with elements as shown
in figure 1 can ensure a transport in a simple and cheap manner, because such elements take up relatively little space, while the placing of such elements can also take place in a very simple and cheap manner.
It is indeed sufficient after such elements on the
yard, these through eyes 29 and 30 on
<EMI ID = 16.1>
the parts 1 and 2 can easily be hinged apart to place the lower ends 9, 10 of these parts on suitable supports 11 and 12. During this placing the ends 9 of parts 1 and 2 come together while parts 3 and 4 hinge apart to the position as
<EMI ID = 17.1>
forms an additional support against buckling of parts 3, 4.
<EMI ID = 18.1>
is necessary, but only provides additional safety.
It is clear that the eyes 29, 30, after mounting the <EMI ID = 19.1>
outside the roof covering, for example tiles.
In a preferred embodiment, still will be on
the outside of the parts 1 and 2 are provided with slats oriented in the longitudinal direction of these parts, all this in such a way that after the parts 1 and 2 have been placed on these slats as described above, the actual tile slats can be fixed directly.
It is clear that such a construction can not only be transported in a very simple manner, but can also be fitted in a very simple manner, and this on any support 11, 12 which can be formed by either the ground floor;
on a foundation installed on the ground floor; on a foundation that forms, as it were, a basement floor; on a normal
<EMI ID = 20.1>
Figures 10 to 17 describe an embodiment variant which has the same advantages and features as the previous ones.
In this embodiment, parts 1-2 are pivotally connected to each other by a triangular plate 15 of which the two
<EMI ID = 21.1>
means of spindles 32-33 forming the hinges 18-19
<EMI ID = 22.1>
In this case, each plate 15 is provided with a bottom
90 [deg.] Pleated or U-shaped part 34 in which, at least as regards the two outer plates 15 of a pair of parts 1-2 on these parts 34, a rod, respectively 27-28, passing through holes 35-36 in the flanges 37-38 of U-profiles 39 which are connected to the intermediate parts 3-4 by means of spindles 40-41, which form the aforementioned hinge 26.
Under the respective U-profiles 39, the rods 27-28
