Perfectionnements aux boutons
La présente invention porte sur des boutons améliorés destinés en particulier mais, pas exclusivement, aux vêtements
du type vêtements de sport, jeans, etc..
Les boutons classiques à coudre et d'autres dispositifs équivalents fixés par rivetage présentent une série d'inconvénients parmi lesquels' on peut citer l'obligation d'un matériel
de couture ou d'un matériel particulier (fixation de rivets)
pour fixer le bouton, le fait que la boutonnière agit sur le
moyen de fixation du bouton au vêtement ce qui dans certains
cas entraine une détérioration de la boutonnière, la qualité
souvent défectueuse de la fixation du bouton au vêtement et , finalement , le peu de résistance du bouton à l'arrachement.
La présente invention vise à porter remède aux inconvénients précités, en offrant un bouton de fixation facile et présentant un caractère esthétique marqué.
Selon l'invention, le bouton comporte un élément en diabolo, c'est-à-dire constitué de deux flasques reliés en
leur centre, le flasque formant l'arrière du bouton étant maintenu contre le vêtement par un dispositif approprié pinçant le vêtement entre celui-ci et ledit flasque arrière.
Selon une forme préférée de l'invention, le dispositif pinçant le vêtement est constitué par une rondelle, munie d'une
tige filetée qui est reçue dans un filetage prévu au centre du diabolo.
Selon une variante d'exécution, ledit dispositif pinçant le vêtement est constitué par une rondelle pourvue d'une
tige comportant un renflement à son extrémité qui peut être
engagée par clippage dans une ouverture prévue au centre du
diabolo.
Avantageusement, le flasque arrière, dans sa partie tournée contre le vêtement et ladite rondelle également dans sa partie tournée contre le vêtement sont munis d'un relief pour permettre une meilleure adhérence au vêtement.
La caractéristique essentielle de la forme d'exécution de l'invention est que la boutonnière du vêtement est passée au-dessus du flasque avant de l'élément en diabolo et est retenue par la partie centrale du diabolo qui relie les deux flasques. De cette manière, l'usure de la boutonnière est considérablement réduite, du fait que cette partie est abolument lisse. Les risques d'arrachement du bouton, et
en particulier le risque d'arrachement de la partie du vêtement où est cousu le bouton sont également réduits du fait que ledit vêtement est pincé entre deux pièces d'une surface nettement plus importante que la zone de la partie du vêtement sur laquelle on coud généralement le bouton.

en particulier sur un vêtement usagé de remplacer un bouton perdu même si la perte de ce bouton s'est accompagnée de l'arrachement de la partie du vêtement où était cousu ce bouton, puisqu'il suffit de passer la rondelle à tige . filetée dans le trou et de visser (ou fixer par un autre moyen suivant la conception du bouton) la partie formant diabolo.
L'invention sera illustrée plus en détail à l'aide de la figure annexée donnée à titre d'exemple sans caractère limitatif et qui représente une vue en perspective du bouton de l'invention, dans une forme d'exécution préférée.
Le bouton de l'invention comporte un élément en forme de diabolo portant le repère général 1 constitué lui-même de deux flasques 3 et 5 reliés par une partie . centrale 7.
Selon une forme d'exécution particulièrement préférée de l'invention, un dispositif approprié constitué par une rondelle 9 est pourvu d'une tige filetée 11 qui s'engage dans un alésage fileté (non représenté) formé à partir de la face arrière de l'élément 3 et pénétrant dans la partie centrale 7 du bouton.
Pour fixer ce bouton sur un vêtement, il suffit de percer le vêtement à l'endroit où est prévue la fixation du bouton, et d'y faire pénétrer la tige filetée 11. Il suffit alors en maintenant la partie 9 de visser le diabolo 1 jusqu'à pincer la partie du vêtement entre la face arrière
du flasque 3 et la face avant de la partie 9. Il convient de noter que ces flasques peuvent être pourvus d'un relief, par exemple de rainures, pour empêcher que le diabolo ne se dévisse en cours d'usage.
Pour son utilisation, la boutonnière du vêtement est passée entre les flasques 5 et 9 et se trouve donc en contact avec la partie lisse intermédiaire 7 sans risque d'usure, contrairement au cas classique d'un bouton cousu par un fil, le contact entre la boutonnière et ce fil provoquant l'usure réciproque des parties en contact,
Bien qu'on ait décrit une forme d'exécution paritculière de l'invention, il doit être bien entendu que de

C'est ainsi que l'invention couvre toutes les variantes décoratives, de choix de matières etc.
