Abstract

Clasp consisting of a female part connected to one end of the collar and consisting of a flat base (1) arranged on the rear face of ornamental elements, and a male part connected to the other end of the collar and constituted by a hooking plate (9). Description

The present invention relates to a necklace clasp.

  It relates more specifically to a clasp which allows the closure of the collar precisely by its front part, that is to say, by the area which will remain located on the chest or the throat of the person who wears it, further characterized, by the fact that it can always remain located under the ornamental pieces constituting the front clip of the collar and which will keep it completely hidden, with the advantage

  obvious aesthetic that this represents.

  Until now, most necklaces have clasps arranged so that, once the collar is closed, said clasp is arranged on the rear part of the neck of the person who uses it, because the clasps are not

sufficiently aesthetic.

  The clasp object of the present invention offers a new possibility, because it allows its location at the front of the person using the collar, either on the chest or on the throat, depending on the length and type

of necklace.

  However, the fact that it remains located at this front part of the user, does not make it visible except that its arrangement makes it remain hidden under appropriate ornamental elements which may be the ornamental patterns specific to the necklace. , with which we get a

  achievement of great aesthetic value.

  Following the drawings, we observe the characteristics

  essentials of the necklace clasp according to the invention.

  Said clasp is constituted by a flat base 1, on the underside of which there remain two protruding parallel ears 2 constituting the support for the axis 3, passing through, on which a lever 4 rocks, connected to said axis by another ear 5 , this lever having at its end

  a claw 6 for attachment to the male part of the clasp.

  Around the axis 3 remains an extension spring 7 allowing the lever 4 to be placed with its rear end 4 'separated from the flat base 1 and the opposite end, before, with the hooking claw 6 firmly

  supported on the inside of said flat base 1.

  Once this zone of the clasp is thus placed, we will introduce through the mouth, folded down with an O-ring 8 extending the flat base 1, the attachment device 9 of the male part of the clasp, attachment device provided in turn at its end, a through hole 10 inside which is claw 6, the fixing of the two parts making up the remaining clasp

Clasp for collar with front arrangement, characterized in that it is constituted by two elements which can be assembled together, the first, a female part, connected to one end of the collar and formed by a base flat which remains arranged on the rear face of the ornamental elements at the same time as it supports them and that they constitute the front clip of the collar itself and the other, male part, constituted by a hooking plate   located at the other end of the collar.   2. Clasp for collar with front arrangement, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the flat base constituting the front clip of the collar has on the face on the back of the ornament, a mouth in the form of an O-ring and two parallel ears. protruding which define a support and guide an axis right through which a lever actuated by an extension spring which acts around the axis of swing of said clasp lever which ends, at one end, in a claw hanging.   3.
