<EMI ID=1.1>
<EMI ID=2.1>

The present invention relates to an oven
microwave oven equipped with a turntable
to carry the food to be cooked.
In known baking ovens of this kind,
the turntable is driven by an electric motor which is external to the cooking chamber and
whose motor shaft passes through the bottom of this enclosure.
In known baking ovens of this type, mounting the turntable poses sealing problems against electromagnetic leaks at the location.
the passage of the motor shaft driving the turntable, through the bottom of the oven enclosure.
The object of the invention is a new microwave cooking oven, with a turntable making it possible to solve the aforementioned sealing problems of the known cases.
For this purpose, in a new baking oven,
the casing of the electric motor is mounted in direct or capacitive electrical contact with a metal element itself mounted in direct or capacitive electrical contact with the enamelled steel sheet constituting the bottom of the enclosure, thus forming a short-circuit capacity constituting a microwave trap substantially reducing electromagnetic leakage through the rotation shaft of this electric motor.
In a first embodiment of the new baking oven, the metallic element of the capacitive trap is formed by a steel plate clamped flat against the interior face of the enamelled steel sheet.
from the bottom, by means of fixing bolts of the electric motor, the heads of which are welded to the casing of this motor.
In a second embodiment of the new baking oven, the metal element of the capacitive trap is formed by a U-profile on the core of which the casing of the electric motor is fixed by means of bolts or screw-nuts and whose wings are attached and clamped on those of another U-section whose core is welded to the enamelled steel sheet at the bottom. In this case, the capacitive trap is located at the level of the junctions of the wings of the U-sections.
To further increase the elimination of electromagnetic leaks in the new baking oven, the electric motor housing is clamped against the web of the welded U-profile or against the steel sheet
enamelled bottom, with interposition of a ferritic rubber seal. For the same purpose, the rotating shaft of the electric motor passes through a crimped passage provided in the corresponding opening of the enamelled steel sheet
the bottom. In fact, the aforementioned jogged passage makes it possible to create a decoupling capacity for the motor shaft and in addition to avoid the flow of liquid from the cooking chamber to this motor.
Other details and features of the invention will become apparent from the description and from the drawings which show schematically and by way of example only two embodiments of the invention.
- Figure 1 is a vertical section of a first embodiment of a cooking oven according to the invention.
- Figure 2 is a similar partial section of a second embodiment of the new baking oven.
In these two figures, the same notations of:
reference designate identical elements.
The oven shown is used to cook food by heating using microwaves.
In essence, the baking oven comprises an enclosure 1 closed by a front door and delimited by side walls 2, an upper wall 3 and a bottom 4. The walls 2 and 3 and the bottom 4 consist in particular of metal sheets. enamelled steel.
The enclosure 1 is equipped with a magnetron not shown mounted in the upper wall 3. The antenna of the magnetron emits microwaves which propagate in the interior space of the enclosure 1.
In the enclosure 1, the food to be cooked is placed on a horizontal turntable 5. The turntable 5 rotates around a vertical axis passing through the center of the base 4. For this purpose, the turntable 5 is controlled by a motor. electric 6 placed outside the enclosure 1, below the bottom 4.
The turntable 5 is marginally supported by rollers 7 which take up practically all the load, so that the power absorbed by the electric motor 6 serves only to ensure the rotation of this turntable 5. Each roller 7 is mounted on a pivot
8 rotating in coaxial openings provided in the wings of a bracket 9 whose core is fixed to the bottom 4 of the enclosure 1.
<EMI ID = 1.1>
nant 5 is mounted on a rotation shaft 10 which is mechanically coupled by a claw coupling 11 to the rotation shaft 12 of the electric motor 6. The shaft
of rotation 12 in question therefore passes through a circular opening 13 of the bottom 4 and plunges into the enclosure 1. The edge of the circular opening 13 is provided with a silk lining 14, so as to constitute a jagged passage permanently crossed by the aforementioned rotation shaft 12.
In accordance with the main inventive idea, the electric motor 6 is mounted on the bottom 4 of the enclosure 1, so that its housing is in direct or capacitive contact with a particular metal element, which is itself in direct contact or capacitive with the enamelled steel sheet of the bottom 4. In this way, a short-circuit capacitor is thus formed constituting a microwave trap greatly reducing the electromagnetic leaks propagated out of the enclosure 1 by the rotation shaft 12 of the electric motor 6. It should be noted that the aforementioned bent passage also promotes the reduction of these electromagnetic leaks.
In the first example, a steel profile 15 made of enamelled sheet folded in a U shape is welded to the enamelled steel sheet of the bottom 4. The web of the profile 15 is applied against this back sheet 4, while the wings of this section 15 protrude downwards and are each provided with a horizontal flange. On the other hand, the casing of the electric motor 6 is fixed to a second metal section 16 made of unglazed sheet metal bent in a U-shape. the casing of the electric motor 6 is in direct contact with the web of the profile 16 by being fixed thereto by means of bolts or screw-nuts 17. The casing of the electric motor 6 is embedded between the wings of the profile 16, which each have a flange horizontal.
The casing of the electric motor 6 is then clamped against the web of the profile 15 with the interposition of a seal 18 made of ferritic rubber, thanks to the mutual tightening of the horizontal flanges of the wings of the profiles 15 and 16 by clamping bolts 19.
Thus, in the first example, the casing of the electric motor 6 is in direct contact with the profile
16 by bolts or screw-nuts 17. In addition, the profile
<EMI ID = 2.1>
15 by their superimposed collars. In addition, the section 15 is in direct or capacitive contact with the enamelled steel sheet of the bottom 4 of the oven. In this way, a microwave trap located essentially at the level of the aforementioned collars is formed.
In the second example, a steel plate
20 is applied against the enamelled steel sheet of the bottom 4 and is fixed to the latter by bolts 21 whose heads are welded to the casing of the electric motor 6. The plate 20 is in direct or capacitive contact with the internal face of the bottom plate 4. In addition, a ferritic rubber seal 18 is also provided between the casing of the electric motor 6 and the enamelled steel plate of the bottom 4. , this seal 18 having openings through which the fixing bolts 21 of the electric motor 6 pass on the enclosure 1.
Thus in the second example, the casing of the electric motor 6 is in direct contact.
by its fixing bolts 21 with the plate 20. In addition, the plate 20 is in capacitive contact
with the enamelled steel sheet of the bottom 4. In this way, the plate 20 acts as a decoupling capacity for the fixing bolts 21 and a microwave trap located at the level of said plate 20 is formed.
It should be noted that the ferritic rubber seal 18 makes it possible, in each example, to further reduce the electromagnetic leaks coming from the cooking chamber 1 and propagating towards the electric motor.
6 by the latter's tree.
It is obvious that the invention is not exclusively limited to the two embodiments shown and that many modifications can be made in the form, the arrangement and the constitution of some of the elements involved in its realization, provided that these modifications do not not contradict the purpose of each of the following claims.
