Title cpds. are of formula (I) where A is CO, CH2, or 2-4C alkylidene, B is O, S, or -NR-, R is H or alkyl, R' and R2 are H, halogen 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, phenyl (opt. subst. by halogen, alkyl or alkoxy) X is 1-4C alkyl, cycloalkyl (3-6C) or OM, M is H 1-4C alkyl, metal or NH4 and the P ring is a pyridine ring in (I) are anti-allergics for oral, sub-cutaneous, intranasal or topical administration.
