La présente invention est relative au montage des brosses et raclettes en bois.Monture très facile et efficace.
On connait déjà différents types d'appareils pour assembler les manches aux brosses,lesquels offrent cependant des inconvénients inhérents,soit à leur fonctionnement soit à leur fabrication,soit à leur solidité.Aucuns de ces appareils ne donnent satisfaction à l'usage.
Le système des manches do brosses sur les brossas,qui fait l'objet de la présente invention se diffé- rencie de ces appareils connus,par le fait de sa robustesse, et par le fait qu'il permet de monter un manche de brosse de quelles que dimensions que ce soit,vendu dans le commerce, sur toutes les brosses de ménage,de rue et raclettes en bois, sans retailler le bout du manche ni élargir le trou de la brosse,sans avoir recourt à auncuns outils ;ni marteau, ni tourne vis,ni tenaille.
L'appareil est composé de deux mâchoires pivotantes d'environ neuf centimètres de haut en forme de deua demis tubes pouvant embrasser un manche de brosse,et dont le bas est étranglé à la dimension du trou d'une brosse.

Les mâchoires sont assemblées par un axe sur lequel elles pi- votent à la hauteur de l'étranglement d'environ un contimè- tre de haut qui est destiné à entrer dans le trou de la brosse* Cette partie des machoire@ est taillée en biseau de par le centre pour permettra leur rapprochement au moment ou la partie supé- rieure des mâchoires s'écartent.
Pour faciliter le mouvement des mâchoires,un ressort plat est disposé entre les deux et exerce une pression extérieure maintenant l'appareil ouvert.Ouvert,l'appareil peut facilement entre! dans la brosse et le manche plaoé à l'aide du oolier de serrage à papillon fixé sur la partie supérieure de l'appareil celui-ci peut être refermé,il suffit de tourner la vis papillon dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.En as rapproohantl lea parties supérieure des mâchoires bloquent le manche et les pointes entaillées dans la partie inférieure et recourbées vers l'exté- rieur pénètrent profondément, dans le bois de la brosse,assemblant ainsi d'une manière remarquable manche et brosse.
L'invention à système de mâchoires pivotantes peut assembler ou désassembler le manche de la brosse sans aucuns risqueso et sans eff@. Les particularités de l'invention ressortiront au cours le la description qui suit et d'un exemple de réalisation donné avec référence au dessin annexé dans lequel

The present invention relates to the assembly of wooden brushes and squeegees. Very easy and efficient assembly.
We already know different types of devices for assembling handles to brushes, which however have inherent drawbacks, either in their operation or in their manufacture, or in their solidity. None of these devices give satisfaction in use.
The system of brush handles on the brushes, which is the subject of the present invention, differs from these known devices by virtue of its robustness, and by the fact that it makes it possible to mount a brush handle. whatever dimensions it is, sold commercially, on all household brushes, street brushes and wooden squeegees, without re-cutting the end of the handle or widening the brush hole, without having to resort to any tools; or hammer, neither screwdriver nor pincer.
The apparatus is composed of two pivoting jaws about nine centimeters high in the form of two half tubes which can embrace a brush handle, and the bottom of which is constricted to the size of the hole of a brush.

The jaws are assembled by an axis on which they pivot at the height of the constriction of about a contimeter high which is intended to enter the hole of the brush * This part of the jaws @ is bevelled from the center to allow their approach when the upper part of the jaws part.
To facilitate the movement of the jaws, a flat spring is arranged between the two and exerts an external pressure keeping the device open.Open, the device can easily enter! in the brush and the handle plaoé with the help of the butterfly clamp fixed on the upper part of the device it can be closed, just turn the butterfly screw clockwise. By bringing the upper parts of the jaws closer together they block the handle and the tips cut into the lower part and curved outwards penetrate deeply into the wood of the brush, thus joining the handle and brush in a remarkable way.
The invention with the system of pivoting jaws can assemble or disassemble the handle of the brush without any risk and without any effect.
