<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
mouvement.

"Machine scrubber (spinning"
The invention relates to a trotter for spinning machines, in particular for rubbing and other preparation drawing.
The object of the invention is to obtain a rubbing of the prepared yarn during which simultaneously the direction of unwinding of the rubbed strip is different from the direction of arrival of the strip of fibers. In addition, the object of the invention is to reduce the moving masses of the wiper.
The previously known rubbers so of construction such that each time on a pair of upper rollers and a pair of lower rollers is stretched an endless rubbing hose (endless belt), the pairs of wheels.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The upper and lower waters rotating so close to each other that the trotting casings come into contact and that a band of fibers passing between them receives, thanks to the opposite movement being carried out simultaneously perpendicular to the axis of the band of the upper casings: and lower .., a false twist which gives it sufficient strength for the pursuit of opera. here.
There are also wipers in which is arranged, between the rollers of the upper pair, an additional pressure roller which exerts pressure on the internal circulation surface of the upper friction hose and thanks to which on the band of circulating fibers is exerted. better pressure between the two trotter tubulars, so that the rubbing is thus made more intense and better.
In both cases, the direction of entry of the fiber web is identical to the direction of exit from the baby walker.
Also, for a scrubber with a pressure roller, five rollers in total are needed and actually two rollers in the lower part and three rollers in the upper part of the squeegee.
Thanks to the invention, with a maximum of four rollers, the same pressure of the strip of fibers between the trotting hoses is obtained, the direction of entry also being different from that of exit of the rubbed strip. obtained according to the invention thanks to the fact that one of the two friction casings partially surrounds the anti-friction casing, such that there is a change in direction between the incoming fiber strip and the outgoing fiber strip. Usefully, the gripping friction hose is considerably longer than the anti-friction hose and the gripping takes place mainly at the exit point of the fiber web, or for the exit rollers.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the anti-friction casing is replaced by a friction roller covered with rubber, leather or other suitable material.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
As a result, with the same rubbing effect, the weight of the masses of the rollers performing an axial reciprocating movement is greatly reduced, so that, thanks to the reduction of the masses, a speed of higher axial stroke of the pair of rollers and therefore also increased working speed.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description below, given by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a bank of spindles with a wiper according to the invention.
FIG. 2 is a transverse sectional view of a trotter with two friction casings according to the invention.
Figure 3 is a cross sectional view of a baby walker according to the invention, with a walker hose and a walker roller.
The strip of fibers 1 coming out of the drawing mechanism of a spinning machine then passes through a friction device which is made up of an upper friction casing 2 and a lower friction casing 3. The two friction casings 2 and 3 are driven, for transporting the fiber web through the exit rollers 4 and 5, in the direction of the arrow. Between the two trotter hoses 2 and 3, which simultaneously perform an opposite movement transversely to the fiber web, the fiber web 1 receives a false twist in a known manner. The tension of the friction hoses is obtained in a manner known per se with the aid of rollers 6 and 7 '. As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the upper friction hose 2 is significantly longer than that of the lower friction hose. 3.
The outlet roller, previous tie 4 therefore comes to be placed approximately in the vicinity of the lower outlet roller 5, which has the effect that the upper friction tube 2 partially surrounds the lower friction tube 3 and adapts to the rounding of the exit roller
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
inferior ,. The strip of fibers 1 which crosses undergoes, during the exit and with respect to the entry, inside the wiper, a deviation and a modification of direction from the horizontal to approximately the vertical.
Thanks to the clamping of the lower Trotter tubular 3 by the upper Trotter tubular 2, in particular, before and between the output rollers] - ,, 4 and 5, intense contact of the wiper tubings 2 and 3 is obtained, ; so that the strip of fibers 1 passing through them undergoes a very significant rubbing effect, which is not obtained without difficulty in a previously running rubbing device. For the reasons explained, it is possible, while obtaining a rubbing effect comparable to that of a previously current system, greatly shortens the rubbing which is the basis of the invention.
When, by way of comparison, a length of fiber strip of 10 cm in a current system required for its rounding 4 opposite axial rubbing movements of the friction hubs, the same effect can be obtained according to the invention with two to three axial displacements. According to the invention, because of or reduced mode of construction one obtains, with a better comparable effect compared to the previously known system as well as because of the reduced moving masses in the opposite displacements axial, a greater number1 of scrubbing strokes per minute, just as an improved scrubbing, of the fiber web per scrubbing stroke.
The flow rate of the device according to the invention is for these reasons 25 to 30% higher than that of comparable known rubbers.
According to a variant of the embodiment of the invention, the lower friction hose 3 can also be replaced by a half roller covered with rubber, leather or other suitable material, which roller, as shown in FIG. , is partially enclosed by the upper trotter tubular 2. This embodiment offers the advantage of an additional significant simplification of the whole of the friction device, as well as an appreciable reduction in the masses to be put in.

movement.
The axial movement of the upper friction casing 2 is carried out by two rollers 4 and 6, while a single lower friction roller 8 performs the opposite axial movement for the friction of the intermediate fiber web 1,
While in the examples of Réali. As described, the upper trotter hose 2 is always made larger than the lower wiper hose 3 or the friction roller 8 and partially surrounds the latter, so that a deflection of the second belt takes place from the horizontal. towards the vertical, the arrangement of the friction hoses or the friction rollers can obviously also be done in the opposite direction.
Therefore, a change in direction of the fiber web can also be effected from vertical to horizontal.
With proper provision of the clamping, the deflection of the fiber web can be from any direction and to any other, as is precisely required for a useful arrangement of the stretching mechanism of the device. winder on such a spinning machine. The clamping can be done both advantageously at the exit and at the entrance of the strip of fibers or, if desired, in these two places. The embodiment according to the invention of the trotter consequently allows a wide independence during the constructive realization of such a spinning machine.
