La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de dosage gravimétrique pour produits granulaires, en parti- culier pour le gravier de béton, et est caractérisée par un Silo-magasin comportant un. cône de décharge pour le produit; par un bac à secousses suspendu à oscillations au-dessous. du silo et combiné avec un vibreur, ce bac étant pourvu d'un orifice de sortie qui s'ouvre et qui se ferme sous l'action d'un transformateur électromécanique;

<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
Ceci a pour effet la fermeture du contact de relais r , de sorte que le circuit de collage suivant s'établit poui le relais R;
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

The present invention relates to a gravimetric dosing device for granular products, in particular for concrete gravel, and is characterized by a silo-store comprising a. discharge cone for the product; by a shaking tank suspended from oscillations below. silo and combined with a vibrator, this bin being provided with an outlet opening which opens and closes under the action of an electromechanical transformer;
and, by a drum arranged below the outlet orifice of the shaking tank, this drum being mounted to rotate about a horizontal axis and being provided with an orifice in its lateral ply, the shaft
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
rotation of said drum being supported by a balance beam, a switch being combined with this balance beam in such a way that when the beam tilts after an adjustable weight limit of the drum has been exceeded, the result is break in the supply circuit for the transformer which keeps the outlet of the shaker tank open and for the vibrator motor.
An exemplary embodiment of the object of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a semi-schematic view of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 2 is a partial sectional view in the vertical plane.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view along the line III-III of FIG. 1, while
Fig. 4 shows the electrical connection diagram.
The device shown comprises a sila 1 fear the concrete gravel. Under the conical discharge hopper of this silo is suspended, by means of chains 201, a shaker tank. ses 202, combined with a vibrator 4. The shaking tank has a receiving plate 204 mounted on supports 203, as well as an outlet orifice controlled by means of a rotary register / 305
205 actuated through an articulated linkage 206, by an electro 2, orifice through which the gravel flows in a regular flow when the electro 2 and the vibrator motor
4, connected in parallel with this electro, are under current.
The outlet of the shaker bin closes automatically as soon as this circuit is interrupted.
When the installation is in operation, the gravel falls into the opening 5 facing upwards, provided in the lateral layer of a drum 6, the horizontal support shaft 7 of which is supported relative to the fixed frame 8, by means of support and guide elements 72, 73, 74, movable relative to each other
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
to the others by virtue of the joints 70, 71, so that any horizontal movement of this shaft is prevented.
The weight of the entire drum 6 is transmitted, by means of the knives 9, to a frame 10 forming a balance beam, this frame itself being supported to tilt on the fixed frame 8 by means of the knives 11. As soon as the weight of content. of the drum has exceeded a weight limit, adjustable by shifting the taring weight 100, the flail 10 tilts around its knives 11 in the direction of the arrow, until. the arm 101 hits the upper stop 81 of the frame 8 while, normally, this flail rests on the safety rod
82 of the switch 83 integral with the fixed frame. The tilting of the beam causes the actuation of this switch, which has the effect of triggering the vibrator motor 4 and the electric 2, in a manner which will be described below.
On the shaft 7 of the drum is mounted a pinion 13 with which engages a pinion 14 mounted on the receiving shaft of the operating motor 15, the elements 13, 14 and 15 being fixed to the bearing housing 60 of the shaft 7 of the drum.
On one of the end walls of the drum 6 is provided a boarding ramp 16 with-which cooperates the operating rod 17 of a trigger 18.
The mode of operation of the device shown will be explained below with reference to the assembly diagram according to f ig. 4.
When a short-term pressure is exerted on an interlocking button H, the following supply circuit is established for a control relay R: positive terminal of the button H control current source / first coil of the relay R negative terminal of the control current source.
This has the effect of closing the relay contact r, so that the following bonding circuit is established for the relay R;
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
positive terminal of the control current source switch 18 relay contact r1 second coil of remake R / negative terminal of the control current source.
Therefore, relay R remains energized as long as switch 18 remains closed. The contact of; relay control current r2 also remains closed for the same period.
The switch 83, on the safety rod of which the balance beam 101 rests as long as the weight of the drum 6 has not reached the limit will determine the advance, is shown here in the form of a cone as a spring 830 grows back up. The lateral area of this cene cooperates with a pivoting reversing arm 831, such that the latter is caused to pass from one complementary contact to the other when the beam 101 moves away from the feeler rod 82.
As long as the relay contact r2 is closed, the moving contact 831 is connected to phase S of the strong current sector, It follows that, in the first stage, the motor- 4 of the vibrator and the electro 2, which are. on the other hand connected to the other terminal T of the strong current, are put under current, so that the gravel is brought into the drum 6.
When, the weight limit set in advance having been exceeded, the switch 831 is reversed, the result is the release of the motor 4 and of the electro 2, but, in between, the engagement of the operating motor. 15 of the drum so that the latter is driven in relation and emptied, '. Shortly before the return of the drum to its initial angular position, the switch 18 is closed by means of the rod 17,
so that the bonding circuit for relay B opens and all the components stop again in their initial position,
