.La présente invention e st relative à un fauteuil pliant du type comportant essentiellement deux parties rabattables l'une sur l'autre, l'une formant siège, l'autre formant dossier.
Suivant l'invention, dans un tel fauteuil pliant, le siège et le dossier sont réunis par deux biellettes basculantes latérales-montées à pivotement près de l'extrémité arrière du siè- ge et à distance choisie du bas du dossier, ces biellettes pouvant occuper au moins deux positions d'utilisation par rapport à leur point de pivotement sur le siège, une position inclinée vers l'ar- rière du fauteuil-avec une position correspondante du dossier qui s'appuie sur le siège dans une position sensiblement verticale ou légèrement inclinée vers l'arrière par rapport à ce siège, et une position inclinée vers l'avant du fauteuil, le dossier étant, dans

basculé en sens inverse du basculement de la biellette pour lui donner une position couchée dans laquelle le doàsier est incliné vers l'arrière à un grand angle par rapport au siège en s;appyant sur celui-ci, des moyens étant prévus pour maintenir le dossier'par rapport au siège dans la position choisie de ce dossier, celui-ci pouvant en outre être rabattu complètement sur le siège.
Dans une forme de réalisation préférée, le siège et le dossier sont réalisés en tubes métalliques conformés, par exemple, en c¯adres ou parties de cadre. Des pieds repliables seront évidem ment prévus sous la partie 'du fauteuil, formant siège.
Dans une-forme de réalisation particulière, les moyens prévus pour maintenir le dossier par rapport au siège dans la posi- tion choisie de ce dossier sont constitués par deux paires de tringles, une paire de chaque côté du siège, les deux tringles d'une paire étant articulées l'une à l'autre et étant reliées res- pectivement au siège et au dossier. Ces tringles peuvent servir en même temps d'appuie-bras, en étant recouvertes de lattes en bois ou autre matière,
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention res- sortiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre d'exemple non limitatif et a¯vec référence aux dessins annexés.

A la figure 1; le fauteuil représenté comprend deux U en tubes métalliques 1 et 2 formant respectivement siège et dossier.
Il doit être entendu qu'on peut prévoir un siège et un dossier ne formant pas un U mais un cadre fermé, par exemple, ou encore tout autre type de siège et de dossier.
Le siège 1 et le dossier 2 sont réunis entre eux par deux biellettes 3 et 4 Celles-ci sont montées à articulation en 5, près de l'extrémité arrière du dossier 1, et en 6 à distance choi-, ¯sie du bas du dossier 2.
Le siège 1 et le dossier 2 sont également réunis entre eux pàr des paires de tringles 7 et 8 Deux tringles 7 et 8 sont articulées entre elles en 9 et respectiveenment en 10 et 11 sur le siège 1 et, le dossier 2. Ces deux tringles, ou bien sont repliées l'une sur l'autre ou l'une contre l'autre dans la position repliée du fauteuil, ou bien se trouvent dans une des deux positions mon- trées à la figure 1 (positions en traits pleins et en traits in- terrompus).Dans ces dernières positions, ces tringles 7 et 8 peu- vent servir d'appuie-bras; à cet effet, on peut les garnir de lat- tes en bois ou autre matière.
A la figure 1 on peut voir les deux positions A et B que peut prendre le dossier 2 du fauteuil, c'est-à-dire une posi- tion A dans laquelle le dossier 2 est sensiblement perpendiculai- re au siège 1, ou mieux, légèrement incliné vers l'arrière comme dans tous sièges, fauteuils, chaises, etc, et une position B dan laquelle le dossier 2 forme un grand angle avec le siège 1 pour prendre ainsi une position que l'on peut appeler couchée : Les mouvements des biellettes pour arriver à ces deux positions seront mieux compris en considérant les figures 2 et 3 représentant la biellette 2 et des portions du siège 1 et du dos- sier 2.

A la figure 3, on a fait basculer la biellette 3 vers l'avant du fauteuil, autour de son point de pivotement 5 sur le Siège, tandis qu'on a fait basculer le dossier 2 en sens inverse autour de son point d'articulation 6 sur la biellette.
On arrive donc à la position B représentée, dans laquelle le dossier 2 est -donc fortement incliné vers l'arrière par rapport au siège 1 pour donner la position couchée ; tringles 7 et dans ce cas, sui- vent le mouvement et prennent la position représentée en traits 'interrompus à la figure 1.
,Enfin, pour replier complètement le dossier 2 sur le siège 1 il suffit, à partir de la position A de la figure 2, de faire basculer le dossier 2 dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre autour du point de pivotement 6 pour arriver.à la position repliée montrée aux figures 4 et 5, les tringles 7 et 8 étant bien entendu repliées également l'une. sur l'autre ou l'une contre l'autre suivant le montage particulier.
Comme montré à la figure 1 dés pieds 12 et 13 sont.pré. vus pour ce fauteuil. Ces pieds sont formés, dans le cas représen- té par des U en tubes pouvant se rabattre simplement contre le dessous siège l'en pivotant autour des points 14 Lorsqu'on écarte ces pieds 12 et- 13 vers la position dépliée de la figure 1, le montage des pieds 12 et 13 sur le siège 1 est prévu pour que ce soit celui-ci qui serve de butée au déplacement.maximum des pieds qui prendront ainsi sensiblement la position représentée. Il est - bien évident que 'd'autres types de pieds peuvent être prévus.
Enfin, pour la formation des surfaces d'appui du siège et du dossier, il suffira, pour le cas représenté, de prévoir une toile 15 joignant le bord avant du siège 1 au bord supérieur du

dossier 2 , Il doit évidemment être entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux détails décrits mais que bien des variantes sont possibles sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
REVENDICATIONS
1. Fauteuil pliant, comportant essentiellement deux parties rabattables l'une sur l'autre, l'une formant siège et l'autre formant dossier caractérisé en ce que le siège et le dos- -sier sont réunis par deux,bielletes basculantes latérales montées à pivotement près de l'extrémité arrière du siège et à distance choisie du bas du.dossier, ces biellettes pouvant .occuper au moins deux positions d'utilisation par rapport à leur point de pivotement sur le siège, une position inclinée vers l'arrière du fauteuil avec une position correspondante du dossier qui s'appuie sur le siège dans une position sensiblement verticale ou légèrement inclinée vers l'arrière par rapport à ce siège, et une position inclinée vers l'avant du fauteuil, le dossier étant, dans ce cas,
