The present invention relates to the conformation, the arrangement and the characteristic combination of the elements of a particular packing for cap-caps, produced by die-casting, in polyethylene or an equivalent material, this packing being established with a view to stably adhere to the metal cap of the cap, eliminating the use of any adhesive substance.
The specific characteristics of the object of the present invention will be fully understood if one

consider the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is an a :: ialo sectional view of the lining which is the subject of the invention, this view being drawn on a notably enlarged scale, in order to better highlight the characteristics of form and operation.
FIG. 2 is a view in axial section of the gasket according to the invention, after its introduction by elastic axial insertion into the metal cap of the cap-cap, in the position immediately preceding the clamping of the cap on the neck of 'a bottle.
Considering more particularly Fig 1 of the accompanying drawings, it can be seen that the gasket according to the invention, die-cast in one piece, in polyethylene or an equivalent unalterable and partially elastic synthetic resin, consists essentially of a central frustoconical cap 1, turned towards the bottle and which connects the central bottom wall 2 to an annular peripheral ring 3 provided on its lower and upper faces with sharp-angled annular ribs, 4 and 5, the former of which serve to ensure a labyrinth seal with the upper edge 6 of the neck 7 of the bottle (Fig 2), while the seconds, which face the flat bottom wall 8 of the cap 9 of the cap-cap allow to obtain a considerable deformability, in the direction of the thickness, of the crown 3,
in order to ensure its perfect adhesion to the end edge 6 of the neck of the bottle, despite slight surface irregularities of this edge. The crown 3 is provided on its periphery with an annular rib 10 which widens conically downwards and which has a substantially wedge section, the top 10 'of which is turned obliquely in the radial direction, such a rib allowing, thanks to its elastic deformability, the sinking

axial of the packing in the internal cavity of the metal cap 9 of the capsule, the internal diameter of which is slightly less than the initial external diameter 11 of the rib, the latter diameter corresponding to the sharp angle 10 'in question.
As emerges from Fig. 2 of the accompanying drawing, the gasket according to the invention not only makes it possible to obtain an effective labyrinth seal between the ridges of the concentric annular ribs 4 and the end surface 6 of the neck of the bottle, but also, subsequently, a considerable specific application pressure against the mouth 12 of the neck of the bottle, thanks to the wedging of the central cap 1 of the gasket in question, in this mouth.
After clamping the cap on the neck of the bottle, the conical inner surface 10 "of the peripheral rib 10 of the liner will be pressed against the outer part 13 of the end face 6 of the neck of the bottle. , which subsequently ensures a tight seal with this surface.
