   La présente invention concerne un raccord pour tuyauteries sou- ples en matière plastique, caoutchouc ou analogue et a particulièrement pour objet la réalisation d'un raccord simple et de construction économique per- mettant de relier rapidement et d'une manière étanche, les tuyaux de ce genre. 



   Suivant l'invention le tuyau souple à relier est pressé entre un cône mâle et un cône femelle, le premier de ces cônes, engagé dans le tuyau souple, étant formé en bout d'un élément cylindrique tubulaire de fa- çon que la base de ce cône mâle soit dirigée vers l'extrémité de cet élé- ment cylindrique, tandis que le second de ces cônes est constitué par un manchon à creux conique, coulissant sur ledit élément cylindrique pour être refoulé sur l'extrémité dudit tuyau 'souple, engagé sur le cône mâle, sous l'action d'un écrou se vissant sur un filet taillé sur la face cylindrique extérieure dudit élément tubulaire. 



   A simple titre d'exemple, une forme de réalisation de l'inven- tion sera décrite, ci-après, avec référence au dessin annexé qui montre, en coupe axiale le raccord selon l'invention. 



   Comme montré au dessin, le raccord comporte un élément cylindri- que tubulaire 1 présentant vers une de ses extrémités un évidement circulai- re extérieur 2 allant en s'évasant jusqu'au bout dudit élément 1 pour former une surface conique 3. 



   Cette surface conique est introduite dans l'extrémité à relier d'un tuyau 4, en matière plastique, caoutchouc ou matière souple analogue, dont le diamètre intérieur est sensiblement égal au diamètre de la base du cône 3. Sur cette extrémité du tuyau   4,   est engagé un manchon 5 dont le creux intérieur 6 présente un angle de conicité correspondant à celui,du cône 3. Ce manchon 5 est destiné à être refoulé vers l'extrémité conique de l'élément tubulaire 1, sous l'action d'un écrou 7 se vissant sur un filet 8 taillé à la face cylindrique extérieure dudit élément 1. 



   Sous l'effet du coulissement du manchon 5, sur l'extrémité du tuyau 4, la face conique 6 de ce manchon presse progressivement ledit tuyau 4 sur la face conique 3 de l'élément 1 en déformant l'extrémité du tuyau 4, tout en retenant et comprimant hermétiquement cette extrémité entre les surfaces coniques 3 et 6 du raccord. 



   L'écrou 7   peut-être   simplement moleté pour être vissé à la main l'effort; manuel étant insuffisant pour bloquer hermétiquement le tube souple 4 entre les faces coniques 3 et 6 du raccord. 



   Le bord intérieur Il du manchon 5 et le bord extérieur 12 de l'ex- trémité conique de l'élément cylindrique 1 sont arrondis afin de donner   à   la liaison entre le tuyau 4 et le raccord la souplesse nécessaire tout en évitant la détérioration du tuyau souple lors de mouvements relatifs de ce dernier par rapport au raccord. 



   L'élément tubulaire 1 peut être pourvu, à son autre extrémité, soit d'un raccord classique 9 pour être relié à un tube rigide 10, comme il apparaît au dessin, soit à un autre tube souple, à l'aide d'un raccord iden- tique à celui qui vient   d'être   décrit, prévu symétriquement à cette autre extrémité de l'élément tubulaire 1.

   The present invention relates to a connector for flexible pipes made of plastic, rubber or the like, and its particular object is the production of a simple connector of economical construction making it possible to quickly and tightly connect the pipes of this genre.



   According to the invention, the flexible pipe to be connected is pressed between a male cone and a female cone, the first of these cones, engaged in the flexible pipe, being formed at the end of a tubular cylindrical element so that the base of this male cone is directed towards the end of this cylindrical element, while the second of these cones is constituted by a conical hollow sleeve, sliding on said cylindrical element to be pushed back onto the end of said flexible pipe, engaged on the male cone, under the action of a nut screwed onto a thread cut on the outer cylindrical face of said tubular element.



   By way of example, one embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the appended drawing which shows, in axial section, the connector according to the invention.



   As shown in the drawing, the connector comprises a tubular cylindrical element 1 having towards one of its ends an external circular recess 2 extending to the end of said element 1 to form a conical surface 3.



   This conical surface is introduced into the end to be connected of a pipe 4, made of plastic, rubber or similar flexible material, the internal diameter of which is substantially equal to the diameter of the base of the cone 3. On this end of the pipe 4, is engaged a sleeve 5, the inner hollow 6 has a taper angle corresponding to that of the cone 3. This sleeve 5 is intended to be pushed back towards the conical end of the tubular element 1, under the action of a nut 7 screwed onto a thread 8 cut on the outer cylindrical face of said element 1.



   Under the effect of the sliding of the sleeve 5, on the end of the pipe 4, the conical face 6 of this sleeve progressively presses the said pipe 4 on the conical face 3 of the element 1, deforming the end of the pipe 4, while by retaining and hermetically compressing this end between the conical surfaces 3 and 6 of the fitting.



   The nut 7 can be simply knurled so that it can be screwed on by hand for effort; manual being insufficient to hermetically block the flexible tube 4 between the conical faces 3 and 6 of the fitting.



   The inner edge II of the sleeve 5 and the outer edge 12 of the conical end of the cylindrical element 1 are rounded in order to give the connection between the pipe 4 and the fitting the necessary flexibility while avoiding damage to the pipe. flexible during relative movements of the latter with respect to the fitting.



   The tubular element 1 can be provided, at its other end, either with a conventional connector 9 to be connected to a rigid tube 10, as shown in the drawing, or to another flexible tube, using a connector identical to that which has just been described, provided symmetrically at this other end of the tubular element 1.
