La figure 1 montre en perspective un brancard établit selon l'in- vention (quelques lattes ont été retirées);
La figure 2 représente partiellement à plus grande échelle et en perspective une des lattes amovibles;
La figure 3 est une coupe partielle à plus grande échelle mon- trant un mode daccrochage de l'extrémité d'une latte sur le coté du cadre- support;
Les figures 4 et 5 représentent respectivement en élévation-coupe et vue de dessus une variante d'accrochage;

STRETCHER IMPROVEMENTS.
To transport a wounded or injured person to a hospital or to any emergency or evacuation device, a limb is generally used which, due to its shape, obliges rescuers to lift the injured person to lay him down.
This manipulation very often causes the injured person to suffer serious complications which can sometimes lead to death.
To obviate this serious drawback, the stretcher forming the subject of the present invention is designed in such a way that it makes it possible to recover the injured person on the spot without it being necessary to move him or to change his position. ;) or even touch it.
It essentially consists of a supporting frame, which may or may not be dismantled., And strips or slats of suitable shapes and dimensions to be easily slipped ,? one by one,? under the injured. The ends of said slats include a fastening device adapting to the sides of the supporting frame.
In this way, isolated elements that can be easily manipulated, a background is created, made up of juxtaposed surfaces, which replaces the ground on which the injured person rested.
This bottom, being made integral with the supporting frame, allows rescuers to remove and transport the injured.
Finally, when it is envisaged to place the stretcher on a support frame which may be a rolling trolley, an X-ray frame or the like, the device of the invention also makes it possible, by dismantling one or more. several slats, to clear the place of the injured person's body that you want to observe, x-ray, dress ,? cast or treat without having to move the patient
The invention will be better understood from the following description and with reference to the accompanying drawing by way of indicative example only in

Figure 1 shows in perspective a stretcher established according to the invention (a few slats have been removed);
FIG. 2 partially shows on a larger scale and in perspective one of the removable slats;
FIG. 3 is a partial section on a larger scale showing a method of hooking the end of a slat to the side of the support frame;
FIGS. 4 and 5 respectively represent in sectional elevation and top view a variant of attachment;
Figure 6 shows how to use the stretcher with removable slats.
According to the present invention, 1 is a metal frame, of rectangular shape for example, the dimensions of which are sufficient to frame an elongated man., Able to receive transverse slats 2 which are fixed on its sides comprising, according to a first embodiment embodiment, lugs 3 on which are engaged holes 4 provided at each end of said slats 2.
The slats are made of a rigid metallic material or other. They advantageously have ribs 5 reducing the friction on the ground or under the body of the injured person.
The way to use the stretcher is as follows Place the support frame on the ground, around the injured person, then place the slats one by one, starting with the places where the injured person's body does not touch the ground and then continue to slide under it other slats that are fixed as you go along the edges of the frame.
To facilitate the sliding of the slats, they have a certain curvature producing a concave bottom.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the device for fixing the slats 2 which are provided with buttonholes 6 which engage on head lugs 7 made integral with the sides of the supporting frame.
Of course, the present invention extends to all variants of shapes, materials and dimensions.
Thus the frame can be provided with handles for easy transport and, or articulated feet.It can also be removable, and, or be provided with a footrest and a headrest. It can be flat or raised at the ends, reinforced or not, be made of tube, box, folded or solid section, metal, plastic, laminate or reinforced.
The slats can be rigid or semi-rigid, smooth, embossed or partitioned, meshed or perforated, with or without anatomical imprints, insufflatable, heatable.
They can be fixed to the frame in any way, whether the device is adapted to the slats or to the frame, individually or by a general locking system,
