  PANIER A BOUTEILLES ET SIMILAIRES. 



   On utilise actuellement, pour le transport, respectivement la manu- tention de bouteilles,notamment pour la vente au détail,des paniers généra- lement exécutés en carton et comportant une partie médiane munie d'une anse et, de part et d'autre de cette partie médiane, un réceptacle pouvant recevoir les bouteilles ou autres articles ou objets à transporter. 



   L'invention concerne un tel dispositif mais il est caractérisé par une simplicité exceptionnelle et surtout par le fait que toute la sollicita- tion par le poids des bouteilles est reportée sur une paroi médiane en sorte qu'on obtient une grande résistance et une grande sécurité avec un minimum de matière première. 



   Conformément à l'invention, le panier peut être réalisé par la com- binaison de deux pièces de carton dont l'une constitue la paroi médiane dans laquelle est découpée une anse et dont l'autre forme le panier proprement dit venant se fixer au droit du bord inférieur de ladite paroi médiane. 



   Une caractéristique essentielle de l'invention est que la solida- risation des deux volets, formant le fond du panier, à la paroi médiane'est effectuée par agrafage au-travers de fenêtres spécialement découpées pour rendre les pattes adjacentes à la paroi médiane accessibles à la machine agra- feuse. Ce moyen, particulièrement original, a permis de simplifier, dans une telle mesure, la conception et la fabrication de ce genre. 



   Il est expressément insisté sur le fait que ce moyen d'agrafage au- travers d'ouvertures pratiquées dans des parties juxtaposées à celles qui doivent être agrafés, est applicable à tout genre et à tout modèle de tels paniers;   boîtes,..-coffres   et tous emballages généralement quelconques. 



   A simple titre d'exemple, sans aucun caractère limitatif, un mode d'exécution est décrit plus en détail ci-après avec référence aux dessins an- nexés, dans lesquels

 les figures 1 et 2 représentent, en vue de face, les deux pièces constitutives du panier objet de l'invention; la figure 3 représente, en vue de face, le panier en position re- pliée ; la figure 4 représente le panier en vue en plan ; la figure 5 représente le panier en coupe transversale; la figure 6 représente le panier en vue perspective. 



   Dans cette exécution, la paroi média ne est constituée par une sim- ple feuille de carton 1, de forme appropriée, dans laquelle sont découpés les orifices 2-3 permettant le passage des doigts pour porter le panier chargé. 



  Ces orifices sont produits par refoulement des languettes correspondantes 4-5, lesquelles viennent se rabattre en tournant autour de leur bord supé- rieur de manière à doubler ainsi l'épaisseur de la matière au droit du con- tact entre celle-ci et la main, ce qui rend le port plus confortable. La seconde pièce constituant le panier, est formée par un découpage particulier d'une feuille de carton. Ce découpage est caractéristique en ce qu'il pré- sente deux faces principales 6-7, deux volets de fond 8-9 et deux faces d'a- bout 10-11 pliées selon leur axe longitudinal. L'une de ces faces d'about est formée par l'agrafage des deux bouts adjacents, de la feuille repliée sur elle-même.

   Les deux faces latérales 6-7 présentent, chacune, une découpure longitudinale, respectivement 12-13, et un pli vertical, respectivement 14- 15,déterminant ainsi deux bandes susceptibles d'être déformées en étant repous- sées vers la paroi médiane 1, de manière à compartimenter le panier au moment de son remplissage. Les deux volets de fond 8-9 présentent, chacun, une lan- guette repliée, respectivement   16-17.   venant s'agrafer au droit du bord infé- rieur de ladite paroi médiane 1. Pour permettre cet agrafage, lesdits volets 8-9 présentent des fenêtres, respectivement 18-19-20 et 21-22-23, au-travers desquelles la machine agrafeuse peut accéder auxdites languettes 16-17 et so- lidariser celles-ci au bord inférieur de la paroi médiane 1.

   Les parois d'a- bout 10-11 comportent, chacune, une paire de languettes, respectivement 24-25 et 26-27,lesquelles peuvent venir s'engager dans les fenêtres extrêmes 18-20 et 21-23 des volets de fond, de manière à solidariser, en quelque sorte, les- dites parois d'about audit fond lorsque le panier est chargé. 



   Le montage de tel panier est extrêmement simple puisqu'il suffit d'agrafer les deux parties constitutives de la paroi d'about 10 et d'agrafer les languettes 16-17 du fond à la paroi médiane 1. Ce montage est simple, ra- pide, économique et de grande efficacité. 



   Il va de soi que cette exécution peut présenter des variantes ex- trêmement nombreuses sans sortir du cadre de l'invention et que, notamment, la paroi médiane 1 et le découpage de la feuille de carton déterminant le panier proprement dit peuvent présenter des formes et des découpages variables à l'infini et cette feuille de carton peut être exécutée en plusieurs pièces. 



   Les ouvertures par lesquelles on peut accéder aux parties à agrafer peuvent elles-mêmes varier à l'infinien nombre, en forme et dans leur disposi- tion relative. 



   Semblablement, l'anse prévue dans la paroi médiane peut être rap- portée ou réalisée de toute manière jugée adéquate. Le compartimentage du panier peut également être soit négligé soit réalisé par d'autres découpages que celui qui a été-décrit, ou bien encore ce compartimentage peut être réali- sé par des éléments rapportés. 



   De tels paniers seront généralement exécutés en carton, mais on pourra évidemment utiliser toute autre matière convenant pour cette fabrication et les différents éléments de la combinaison décrite pourront être solidarisés

  BASKET FOR BOTTLES AND THE LIKE.



   Currently used, for the transport, respectively the handling of bottles, especially for retail sale, baskets generally made of cardboard and comprising a middle part provided with a handle and, on either side of this middle part, a receptacle which can receive the bottles or other articles or objects to be transported.



   The invention relates to such a device, but it is characterized by exceptional simplicity and above all by the fact that all the stress caused by the weight of the bottles is transferred to a median wall so that great resistance and great safety are obtained. with a minimum of raw material.



   According to the invention, the basket can be produced by the combination of two pieces of cardboard, one of which constitutes the median wall in which a handle is cut and the other of which forms the basket proper which is fixed to the right. from the lower edge of said middle wall.



   An essential characteristic of the invention is that the securing of the two flaps, forming the bottom of the basket, to the middle wall is effected by stapling through specially cut windows to make the tabs adjacent to the middle wall accessible to the stapling machine. This particularly original means has made it possible to simplify, to such an extent, the design and manufacture of this type.



   It is expressly insisted on the fact that this means of stapling through openings made in parts juxtaposed to those which must be stapled, is applicable to any kind and to any model of such baskets; boxes, ... chests and all packaging of any kind.



   By way of example, without any limiting nature, one embodiment is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which

 Figures 1 and 2 show, in front view, the two constituent parts of the basket object of the invention; FIG. 3 is a front view of the basket in the folded position; Figure 4 shows the basket in plan view; Figure 5 shows the basket in cross section; FIG. 6 represents the basket in perspective view.



   In this embodiment, the media wall does not consist of a single sheet of cardboard 1, of suitable shape, in which the orifices 2-3 are cut out allowing the passage of the fingers to carry the loaded basket.



  These orifices are produced by pushing back the corresponding tongues 4-5, which come to be folded back by turning around their upper edge so as to thus double the thickness of the material in line with the contact between it and the hand. , which makes wearing more comfortable. The second part constituting the basket is formed by a particular cutting of a sheet of cardboard. This cutout is characteristic in that it has two main faces 6-7, two bottom flaps 8-9 and two end faces 10-11 folded along their longitudinal axis. One of these end faces is formed by stapling the two adjacent ends of the sheet folded back on itself.

   The two lateral faces 6-7 each have a longitudinal cutout, respectively 12-13, and a vertical fold, respectively 14-15, thus determining two bands capable of being deformed by being pushed back towards the middle wall 1, so as to compartmentalize the basket when filling. The two bottom flaps 8-9 each have a folded tab, respectively 16-17. coming to be stapled to the right of the lower edge of said median wall 1. To enable this stapling, said flaps 8-9 have windows, respectively 18-19-20 and 21-22-23, through which the machine stapler can access said tabs 16-17 and secure them to the lower edge of the middle wall 1.

   The end walls 10-11 each comprise a pair of tabs, respectively 24-25 and 26-27, which can engage in the end windows 18-20 and 21-23 of the bottom shutters, so as to secure, in a way, said end walls to said bottom when the basket is loaded.



   The assembly of such a basket is extremely simple since it suffices to staple the two constituent parts of the end wall 10 and to staple the tabs 16-17 from the bottom to the middle wall 1. This assembly is simple, ra- pide, economical and highly efficient.



   It goes without saying that this embodiment can present extremely numerous variants without departing from the scope of the invention and that, in particular, the median wall 1 and the cutout of the cardboard sheet determining the basket proper can have shapes and forms. infinitely variable cutouts and this cardboard sheet can be produced in several pieces.



   The openings through which one can access the parts to be stapled can themselves vary infinitely, in shape and in their relative arrangement.



   Likewise, the loop provided in the median wall can be added or produced in any manner deemed adequate. The compartmentalization of the basket can also be either neglected or carried out by cutouts other than that which has been described, or else this compartmentalization can be carried out by attached elements.



   Such baskets will generally be made of cardboard, but we can obviously use any other material suitable for this manufacture and the various elements of the combination described can be joined.

Claims

CLAIMS, 1.- Bottle basket and the like, characterized in that it consists substantially of the combination of two sheets generally of cardboard, one forming a median wall and the other being cut and folded so as to wrap said wall median at least over part of its height, so as to form two adjacent receptacles, said outer sheet being secured by ad hoc tongues on the lower edge of said wall. median 2.- Basket according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer sheet is cut and folded so as to have two main side walls integral with two extended bottom flaps, each by a tab intended to be fixed on the edge. inferior of the median wall;

4.- Basket according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the bottom flaps have cutouts revealing the corresponding part of the tabs to be fixed and allowing access thereof to a stapling machine.

5.- In general, in baskets, boxes and various packaging, the arrangement, in line with the wall parts covering elements to be stapled, of access openings of said elements for a stapling machine.
