Abstract

The present invention relates to a package for the locking and centring of products of the spool (1) type with a variable diameter, comprising a case (3) with four side faces (4, 5, 6, 7), a top and a bottom, the said package being characterised in that it also comprises at least one support panel (13, 16), normally rectangular, whose lateral dimensions allow it to be held firmly with respect to the four side faces (4, 5, 6, 7) of the said case (3) when the said support panel (13, 16) is inserted in it, this same support panel (13, 16) supporting, facing the inside of the said case (13), at least one centring hub for the core (2) of at least one product of the spool (1) type to be packaged. 1 - Packaging for blocking and centering products of the type of a coil (1) of variable diameter, comprising a box (3) with four side blanks (4, 5, 6, 7), a top and a bottom, said packaging being characterized in that it also comprises at least one support plate (13, 16), normally rectangular, the lateral dimensions of which allow it to be held firmly in relation to the four lateral blanks (4, 5, 6, 7) of said box (3) when said support plate (13, 16) is introduced therein, this same support plate (13, 16) supporting, turned towards the inside of said box (13), at least one hub centering for the core (2) of at least one product of the type of a coil (1) to be packaged.

2 - Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the support plate (13, 16) comprises a single centering hub which is arranged in the center of the latter.

3 - Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the support plate (13, 16) comprises several centering hubs for several products of the type of a coil (1) to be packaged.

4 - Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two support plates (13, 16), each carrying a blocking centering hub and centering respectively, one from above, the other from below. the case (3), a product of the type of a coil (1) to be packed with a diameter compatible with the diameter left available, in said case (3), by another product of the same type.

5 - Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two support plates (13, 16), each carrying a centering hub blocking and centering the core (2) of a product of the type of a coil ( 1) to pack.

6 - Packaging according to claim 5, characterized in that the two support plates (13, 16), arranged around a product of the type of a coil (1) to be packaged, are part of a case (8) which is produced from the same rectangular blank, for example of cardboard, said blank comprising two folding zones (10, 11) rectilinear and parallel between them delimiting, between the two extreme support plates (13, 16), an intermediate section (14) of width substantially equal to the width of the product of the type of a reel (1) to be packaged.

7 - Packaging according to any one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the two support plates (13, 16), arranged around a product of the type of a coil (1) to be packaged, are part of 'a case (8) which is made from the same rectangular blank, for example of cardboard, said blank having three folding zones (9, 10, 11), rectilinear and parallel to each other to delimit successively, an edge to the other of said blank, an end edge (12), of a width approximately equal to that of said product, the first support plate (13), pierced in its center with a hole (13a) intended to receive a removable stud (14) serving as a centering hub for the core (2) of said product, an intermediate section (15), of a width approximately equal to that of said product, and finally the second support plate (16), also pierced in its center with a hole (16a) intended to receive another removable stud (14).

8 - Packaging according to claim 7, characterized in that the removable pads (14), acting as a centering hub for the core (2) of a product of the type of a coil (1), are made from 'a support plate (25), for example rectangular, from which emerges a centering pin (26) of cylindro-conical shape.

9 - Packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that the centering pin (26) is composed of two frustoconical flanges, lower (27) and upper (28), superimposed one above the other from the support plate (25), the lower flange (27) having an angle at the top significantly less than the angle at the top of the upper flange (28).

10 - Packaging according to any one of claims 8 or 9, characterized in that the centering pin (26) has a number of re-entrant lateral grooves (29).

11 - Packaging according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterized in that a cutout (30), for example semi-circular, is formed on at least the four inner flaps (4a, 4b, 6a, 6b) from above and from the bottom of the body (3) bearing against the support plates (13, 16).
